Great for antique British cars
The old English cars came with Gerling hydraulics that used red rubber grease to keep the master cylinder plungers lubricated and keep water from intruding beyond the rubber boot covering the opening. It is no longer available, but this product looks the same and is said to meet the original specifications. I just packed a generous amount into the new master cylinders of my Austin Healey. Happy motoring!!

Hard to mount and dismount bycycle tires.
If you are having a difficult time mounting and dismounting your bicycle tires try putting a little bit of red grease on the bead. I use a small paint brush. It makes a almost impossible task very easy.

Just get it
The only thing I'll use on throttle brake and clutch handlebar assemblies

The good stuff
This is the ticket for brake caliper rebuilds. Also useful for rejuvenating rubber boots (automotive stuff. You can try it on your slickers if you want but no promises) if it is still pliable.

It's the bomb.
Been racing motorcycles for years and could never get my front wheel to spin properly because the caliper pistons in my Brembo M4 calipers didn't naturally retract properly. Literally, the first time I used this grease on the pistons it was like magic and the wheel spun freely like I had only imagined in my dreams. If this matters to you, then this is what you need.

Brake caliper grease
Works great, rebuilt front calipers on 1980 BMW 635. They never worked this well during the16 years I've owned the car.

More than just Caliper Piston Seal grease.
I've seen this used for Caliper Piston Seals and also used when rebuilding Motor Cycle Master Cylinders. This is a pretty Tacky grease so it does well at sticking to the item you apply it to. I also Like using this product on other items such as rubber grommets. My Motor Cycle has a few plastic components that are held on by pushing plastic studs through rubber grommets as the grommets age it gets harder to push the studs through. you can easily put a small layer of the grease on those grommets it will help keep them supple and also make it easier to get the studs to poke through the grommets.
