Will buy more!
Great versatile product. Good price. Lasts 12 hours on full charge. Can be used to decorate anything as long as solar is charged: buffets, party features, home, landscaping, even your own body. When wrapping trees only need to secure the end with a thumbtack. Fences use a zip tie. The only small thing that is hardly noticeable is that the lights toward the end of the string are not as bright as the ones closest to the power. That is normal electrical occurrence when you have 85 feet of line conductivity gets less the further you are from the power source. To solve this you use thicker line. The line on these lights is very thin, almost invisible. If it was any thicker then it would defeat the versatility and appeal of these light's. I have two of these and the auto off/on light sensors engage within seconds of each other. I am going to buy more. Can’t go wrong.

Easy to install
I bought these for ambiance lighting for our gazebo. I attached them in the upper ceiling above height. The solar style allows lights without plug-in cords.I tried one set to gage the LED brightness. Since the brightness is adjustable with the remote control, I’m going to install both units and adjust accordingly.

Only half usable
These are super cute but one of the strands has been wound on the spool wrong. It can't be unwound all the way as the wires are tangled and about half way along the wire is suddenly underneath the whole rest of the spool. I think since it is just 2 copper wires I might be able to cut it, unwind and put it back together. I do like the remotes.

Fairlight in a box!!!!
These lights are magical! So easy to use as the copper wire bends and twists to stay in place. The length is fabulous!! My only complaints are when using more than one set on an area, the remotes do not sync up as closely as we'd hoped for a continuous look. Close but not perfect. And we wish there was a simple, slow twinkle mode for a gentle firefly type look. Don't get me wrong, we LOVE them! Just bought 3 more sets to finish a large tree in our backyard!!!!!!

Nice inexpensive light set.
Very long string of lights. I finally got timer function to work but I’m having difficulty with the 8 different light patterns. It just keeps running through all eight functions. NOTE: you must be fairly up close to BACK of solar panel to operate remote control. I thought I was going to be able to operate through a nearby window but not the case.

Worked for 2 nights beautifully but stopped working
It worked well for two nighta and we were impressedvby how shiny they were. Yesterday the day was cloudy inthe morning and sunny only in the afternoon and none of the lights lit up (I have 2 kits in one single tree). I’m giving it one more day as today is sunny but if these don’t work tonight, I’m returning them. I’ll update my review accordingly!

Good buy
I’ve had them out on my gate for a few weeks and they keep shining. They run on even before it gets dark each evening.I wish I had gotten more of these instead of some others

Love them.
Love these light. The solar panels are good but, if they don't get continuous sun all day they won't last through the night.

Lovely but fragile
Lots of positives for this product as you get double bubble - 2 sets each with their own solar panel and remote. Hundreds of lights in total and plenty of flashing, chasing options for your own light show (I prefer steady on or maybe twinkle). The solar panels work pretty well, the remote not so much as you have to be quite close to use it but that’s not really an issue. And at £20 for both sets, ie a tenner each, they’re good value.I knocked off a star though as these are very fragile - the copper wire needs to be unwrapped extremely carefully as one break and the whole set is kaput. So yes, they work well in the garden but I personally wouldn’t wind them around a tree, for instance, as the bark could easily rub and snag the copper. And don’t forget, the bulbs on these are teeny tiny leds encased in little glue drops really, so they’re not the big bulbs as seen in some of the marketing photos. The best effect is when they’re bunched quite closely together, then they look like fireflies.Treat them with care and handle them gently and they’ll produce a lovely display.

Good quality solar fairy lights
The media could not be loaded. I like these solar light a lot because they are improved quality.. I have similar ones in my garden installed, but the wire connection with the new ones is much stronger. We cant make a mistake with connecting cable to the solar panel as there is desired shape to match (look at my picture).Solar panel is also bigger, feels better quality too. New to me are the lights on the back of the panel which indicates whether solar panel is charging or is it in use.We can change settings of the lights on the remote control or by pressing button on the back of the solar panel. But first of all we need to switch the solar panels on with a loud click of ON/off button. Otherwise even remote control cant switch it on. As soon panel is on we can use remote control to manage the settings. If we switch light Off on the remote control, they still stay on standby mode until you switch them on again via remote control.Note- one remote control works on both lights so if you install both near each other, they both will get the same signal and light on in same pattern. If lights are installed away from one another, then should be fine. These lights are warm white only so no other magic here ;) We can dim the light, set the timer for 3, 5 or 8 hours, or reset all settings by RESET button. We can install the lights on the wall, on the fence or on the ground. I always put mine as high as possible and on the most sunny area to get it charged properly.Overall, I like these light and will use them one day, maybe on the other side of my garden or keep them spare for now, ..we will see...

A good bargain for 2 sets
This set includes 2 packs of 240 solar powered LED s string and two remotes, it was £19.99 at the time of review. What I like about this:- the solar panel is larger than normal one I have. It can store more power in day time which is good enough to let the light last for whole night on a sunny day.- it can either charge by sunlight or it can be charge via an adapter (not included) through AC power socket- the warm light with 240 leds are so bright, you can shape it or just simply hang it, both looks great- 8 modes to flash in different style and on/off button to control- Remote control is included to set modes remotelyArea need to improve:- the second charging method using power plug is good but the adapter is not included, it’s not easy to find, it will be good if it can be included and I don’t mind adding a small % to total cost, it will save me a lot of hassle.- the distance for the remote control to work is a bit short, it will be useless if you light strings set too far in your garden, you cannot control it from your house.

Outdoor Solar String Lights 2 Pack
These solar lights are the best I’ve seen for price and quality for outdoor use, the lights are copper wired and wrapped around a plastic card to unwind them as required, they are a whopping 24 meters long each! because they are copper wired you can shape them around objects and they will hold their shape. The solar panel is good quality and you can either mount it using a stake or to a wall or fence using the foot, I have mounted it onto the top of my fence and pointed it south. To turn them on you firstly use the solar panel at the back then you can start using the remotes supplied, one remote can operate both lights, the remotes have some handy features including timers, 8 modes where the lights flicker and brightness levels, it’s handy to set a timer not to use up the battery through the early hours of the morning, the lights go off when the panel senses light and come on when it gets dark, unless you power them off.Overall an absolute quality set of outdoor fairy lights that are IP65 waterproof and should last a long time due to the quality, thank you.

Great sets of garden lights
These really are very effective to me. You get two solar panels which seems to charge up fine and last for a fair while. There is a stake to pop that in the ground or you can attach it to a wall or similar. You then get two long strings of warm coloured LED lights which have a plug and screw connection to the panels. There is an on/off switch on the back of the panels and you can use the remotes (2 supplied) to control the lights.Frankly it strikes me as remarkable value for money!!A couple of minor points worth bearing in mind. The remote receiver is on the back of the solar panels so you need to be able to "see" that from the house to control it. I didn't on the first attempt and learned my lesson! The other point is that the remote might not work quite as well as claimed in terms of distance. My panels are maybe 3 metres from the house and getting the remotes to work consistently at that distance seems a bit haphazard. However I still think these are a very good buy.
