Update:I reached out to the seller. They were really nice about the missing bracket. 2 days later I had a new bed on my doorstep. I only asked for the missing piece but oddly they don’t send pieces only whole beds. So now I have a full bed and a piece of a bed that I don’t know what to do with. I guess I’ll sit it outside with a note. I thought about keeping the extra pieces in case this bed broke but I just don’t have anywhere to put it.Overall I’m happy with this bed. It’s sturdier and much quieter than my other bed which was just a bed frame with a box spring. The box spring used to make a squeaky noise when I moved around so this one is way better. I kept the same mattress but it’s way more comfortable on this bed instead of the box spring.Definitely would recommend this bed. Especially if you’re not good at putting things together. Assembly of this bed took about 5 minutes.Changes my 4 stars to 5 due to a sturdy comfy easy to assemble bed and excellent customer service———I was super excited about this Bed because the reviews said jr was easy to put together. I was fully prepared to give 5 stars. The bed came a week sooner than it was scheduled to come. Like the reviews said, the legs came separately. Which was fine. They came the next day. I had to wait til the weekend to put it together. Well I start putting it together. Its easy as pie at first.Instructions are easy to understand. It said the side rails are identical and the end rails are identical. Just slide the support rail into the middle connectors of the end rails right? Nope because my end rails are not identical. The manufacturer forgot ti put the middle connector into one of my end rails. Therefore I can’t slide it in. Rendering the bed useless!I contacted the seller but of course I have to wait until they respond. It’s the weekend so they probably won’t respond until Monday. Lord knows when they’re going to send me a new end rail. I hope it’s not a hassle. Just send me the one piece so I can get this bed together.I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I can tell it would be easy to put together if it wasn’t missing that one piece. I’m so disappointed. I thought I’d have this thing put together today. But now I probably have to wait about a week for the correct piece.I’d have been happy to wait the full time for the full bed instead of getting it early with manufacturers defected missing parts. 😤😤😤

This was the first bed frame I have bought and have been very pleased. I have had this for 2 months now and it has held up great so far. Sturdy and holds my mattress well. I have the king size and it fits just fine. The mattress does not move around on the frame or anything. I will say from reading previous reviews, I knew the legs would not come in same package as frame. The legs came a few days after. Set up was easy and did not take long. For a first time bed frame buyer, It gets the job done.

Bought mattress in box and bed frame. Delivered on Tuesday. Daughter was able to come on Saturday so help set it up. Frame went together just fine but no legs. Had old bed carted and opened bed. Wrong size. Really frustrated at that point. Called frame company and they apologized and promised prompt shipment. Called two days later said they were on way. They have arrived yesterday. So new bed on the way, daughter will be here this weekend and hopefully it will all come together.

I absolutely love this bed and I can't believe I found it at such a great price. I was looking at similar "easy-to-assemble" sturdy wood frames that cost upwards of $2k. This bed has held up perfectly with over 300lb on it every night. I haven't heard one squeak. The upholstery is a beautiful neutral light gray with a slight bluish tone. It looks expensive and blends in with any decor. I live in a studio, so the bed is in the main living space and this one blends in so well it just disappears without drawing too much attention. It's exactly what I wanted! It is a platform, so I was used to having more storage space underneath, but the bed itself is not too low like other platforms., and there's still space underneath for shorter storage boxes etc. Totally satisfied with this bed, and it will be coming with me the next time I move!

I shopped around for bedframes for a while and everything seemed so expensive..this one was comparatively much cheaper so I didnt know what to expect, but I'm so glad I bought it. It's incredibly easy to put together, it's solid/heavy, sturdy, and well made, and I love the fact that it's a platform style bed. There is 7 inches of space if u want to store rolling containers underneath it; there is 14 inches for storage of things that you're not going to use frequently,otherwise you'd have to lift the bed to access it. No tools required made this assembly such a blessing.

I took a chance on this bed frame, and I'm glad I did. I was a little concerned with the small amount of reviews, but given they were all pretty high, I decided to chance it. This is a great frame. Hands down the easiest frame I've ever assembled, it looks nice with the fabric wrap, and it's really sturdy - almost as sturdy as the all metal frame we had for our last bed, but significantly easier to assemble. Highly recommend this bed frame.

I think it's well made & pretty. Just won't fit my air mattress.

I just saw a recall on beds lkke this and checked to make sure it wasnt mine. I am glad its not because i picked this one especially because they claim it holds over 3000 lbs! I had other beds break when a heavy person was on them. I wanted a sturdy bed but most only have small weight guarantee. I have had this over a year and am very pleased.
