This did not work at all windows 7. I downloaded from website what they said the issue was and it still did nothing. Have not heard from the manufacture. Would like a refund or new one that works.

Works awesome and the price was great! I can finally have my TV downstairs and I'm so excited about it!

The one good thing about this adapter is it's plug and play, immediately recognized by my windows tablet. But when it comes to functionality, it leaves a bit to be desired. For one thing, the range is much less than I expected. In fact, it drops from full signal to 3/4 when I'm no more than 10ft away in an open room. When I go into another room that's no more than 20 ft away, the signal drops completely. When it does have a connection, the data seems to drop randomly despite it still having ≥75% signal strength. I don't know that it was worth the money I paid for it, but I'm assuming all the adapters in this price range are going to have the same performance, so I can't be too disappointed with what I received.

I got this super-cheap and so far I'm happy with it.Installing the software was useless... when it finished the little box labeled "disable adapter" was automatically checked, and when you tried to UN-check it it just re-checked itself, so the thing didn't work. Software like this usually is buggy though, so I knew it'd probably be stupid. XDSo I uninstalled the software, went into Device Manager, and navigated to the install folder for it to find the driver. The little wireless signals appeared immediately, I connected to my router, and it works swell now!I do however usually only get about three out of the five bars for my own router, because the router's in the back bedroom and the receiver's in the living room one room away. So it's not a super-strong receiver, but it's doing the job and pages load well and quickly.

Nice WiFi dongle, great speed and range!this WiFi dongle is small but is almost as fast as my wired connection, see the photo of its speed test. My wired connection is usually about 85 Mb/s Down and 13 Mb/s up.I am able to get about the same range from this dongle as I get with the built in WiFi on my laptop.Windows 10 found the dongle as soon as I plugged it in and I was up and running in just a few minutes.I am going to use this dongle to connected to a separate wireless network at the same time as another network.I cannot see any cons to this dongle.
