I have been taking these for a few months now and after trying several bio cultures over the years, these have proved to be the best for me. I think you need to take an individualistic approach to these things as everyones gut is different. I have suffered from IBS for years and I cannot do without some sort of probiotic. These suit me personally and I only take one a day as opposed to two that is recommended. My only gripe here is that they have now shot up in price to almost £20 for 60 capsules, which I think is ridiculous and greedy. So, I'm afraid I won't be buying these at this price, until they come down in price. Update.........I love these probiotics and they really make a difference to me, I am now buying these straight from the Superself website where they are much cheaper than Amazon. Very good product

I have tried quite a few probiotics and it has to be said that there is an element of "trial and error" involved in finding the best ones for you. A particular formulation that works wonderfully for one person may not work as effectively for someone else. The key starting point for everyone should be to make sure that you select a product from a reputable source with good quality and provenance credentials - On that score, this product from Superself ticks the right boxes. This particular product requires you to take two capsules per day, so this bottle equates to a 30 day supply. The capsules strike me as being marginally larger than others I have tried. I am not the best at swallowing capsules, so I do find these a little trickier than some others - but they are not so large that I would expect them to cause problems for most people. I paid £14.90 for 60 capsules, which worked at about 50p per day. The price at time of writing has moved up to £17.99, so more like 60p per day. Even at this higher price these are not extortionate, but you may wish to shop around to get the best value. Ultimately, the most important factor is whether the probiotics do the job they are intended to do - and I can happily report that these have worked well for me. I'm never sure how good one probiotic is over another, I go partly on price and Billion CFU. These are smaller than a lot I've tried and easy to swallow and I've had no IBS since taking so I'm pleased with them. I do try to mix my probiotics up and interchange them thinking I'll get the best result (though I'm sure this isn't scientific)

I normally take a lower dose probiotic but having had a severe reaction to some meds my GP gave me that really upset my stomach, I tried these higher dose probiotics and right from the first dose they sorted my problem out and my stomach feels much more settled, I will be continuing with them for now and maybe cut down to one tablet further down the line

This probiotic supplement is fantastic. I had dysbiosis, hyperacidity of the stomach and I suffered from irritable bowel syndrome, which gave me big problems. After taking these probiotics, I started to sleep well, my complexion improved, the acidity in my stomach decreased, and most importantly, I solved the problem with my bowel, and I no longer get sick as before. These probiotics are a godsend for me, they helped me a lot to solve my health problem. Easy to swallow, good result. Thanks.

I had purchased the 20 billion live bac capsules previously, and they were great. Helped long standing sluggish digestion and constipation problems. This version happened to be on offer, and seemed very similar but higher dose for a lower price. These capsules caused stomach bloating, gas, and cramps for the 1st couple of weeks, but then it settled down. I still feel like the 20 billion bac product is better, gentler acting, and more easily tolerated.
