The item arrived in pristine condition, brand new and I've used it twice now. I've lost a lot of weight and hoping to have some measure of skin tightening with this. Very happy with the ease of use and quality of the cups. I bought it for home use on fatty/ cellulite & stretch marks problem areas like thighs, arms, tummy and it's totally worth it. Exercise, do yoga daily plus massage these areas after showers with an olive oil, almond and rosehip oil mix. I have a little trouble reaching back/shoulder areas on my own for a massage effect so someone has to help place the cups, I would've liked a little longer hose but it's not an issue.I wanted the vacuum cupping therapy machine but the price was prohibitive, as I've had cupping via the machine professionally done at a spa. The results from using this at home is just as good as the noticeable difference from those visits. Couldn't afford to keep up the treatments there, so opted for this as the price is insanely good.
