Very soft. Came with a lot of extra filling. Has changed how I sleep. Really amazing what a good pillow can do.

Buy them, don't wait!I am a bit of a pillow snob. I buy pillows obsessively, no joke, but once I found these, I was in love. So much so, that I bought a second set for our cabin (I just didn't want to be without them).When I trying to take the first 2 to the cabin and replace them with the news one, my husband wouldn't let me. He sad something like "My pillow isn't going anywhere!"I did take about a 1 gallon bag of filling out of mine so that my back alignment was correct, and I've never looked back.I do fluff our pillows at least 2 or 3 times a week for good measure (ive done that with all of my pillows), but I don't think that's really necessary.Seriously though, get these. I think you'll be happy you did.

Cool concept
everything came compacted! So far the original has a great firmness without any fluffing . I placed my hand over both and the Eden is significantly cooler!
