Need 2 on he same network and have this alert apps on a number of phones at the same time? As want these for Mum & Dad but want alerts on 3 phones

Dear customer, Thank you for your question. According to your needs, you need to pair these two buttons with a smartphone. After the pairing is successful, use the sharing function in the TUYA APP to share the call button to other smartphones. Hope my reply can help you. Have a nice day!

Is there an option to change the ring tune when the alarm goes off?

Dear customer, Thank you for your question. If your smartphone is IOS system, the alarm sound cannot be changed. If your smartphone is Android system, then you need to find the notification settings of the TUYA APP in the system settings of the smartphone, and set the notification sound to your favorite music. Hope my reply can help you. Have a nice day!

What is the typical battery life of the SOS pendant before it needs recharging ?.

Dear customer, Thank you for your question. Normally, the call button can stand by for 2 months in a fully charged state. But the standby time will be reduced due to the number and time of use. Hope my reply can help you. Have a nice day!

My dad is at home and i work 52 miles away. Will it transmit this far?

Dear customer, Thank you for your question. There is no limit to the transmission distance of the call button. But the premise is that the call button must always be in the 2.4GHz WIFI environment where it is paired. Hope my reply can help you. Have a nice day!
