Absolutely great I 100 %recommend it. By the feel and look of it I love it seems vary well built. But Now let’s see how long it will last I’ll come back with the update at the end of the year but I’m sure this will last longer 😊 thank you!!

Mostly leak-free- good with yogurt etc but the liquid from applesauce did leak out everywhere in their backpack. It fits perfectly in a small backpack, and I especially love that NO plastic comes in contact with my kids' food. My main wish is that the compartments were deeper - you have to get pretty creative to fit in certain foods, and sometimes I worry that I'm not sending enough. The paint on the outside of the lid does chip off after a while, but it doesn't impact the function at all.

I like that it is not plastic and it seals the food pretty well. I haven’t tried oily/liquid foods yet to ensure the foods don’t mix in transit. The lid doesn’t detach so it is clunky to use and clean. It is much larger than the plastic bentgo which i needed to replace. I wasn’t expecting this to be so much larger so it doesn’t fit in the insulated lunch bag we had nor any I’ve found. It reminds me of a laptop as it could probably fit in the laptop compartment of a backpack but I wouldn’t want to transport food next to a laptop. Ideally it would be transported more level. Wish I read the dimensions. Wish the top disconnected for cleaning ease. Initially the latch was very difficult to use but it must’ve loosened up and now it is very easy. Ease of use was important for my young children to use independently.

Overall, the product is fantastic. The stainless steel is really sturdy and doesn’t crack unlike the other bento plastic products. It is also leak proof on all sides. The contents of each compartment doesn’t leak to the other compartment. The stainless steel is easy to clean and food doesn’t leave a greasy film on it. It seemingly doesn’t affect the taste of food, as my kids are not complaining any unusual taste on it. The size of each 3 compartments works well for the amount of food I pack for my kids, which are typically a sandwich, sliced apples or any fruit and about a quarter cup of Cheez it crackers or mini oreos. The extra removable silicone container is perfect if I need a 4th compartment. The only con is that the locking lids wear off over time. I purchased the product 03/2021 and I am writing the review now, almost 11 months after purchase. The stainless steel lunch boxes are constantly being used 5X/week for school lunches for march, april,may,june (skipped the school summer vacation), sept to jan 2022. The locking lids are starting to show their age by popping open and not staying close. At some point, I had to use a rubber band to keep the licking lid closed. Then, I remember that it is still within warranty. I called the customer service and the staff were so nice and fantastic. They said they arE going to send us a replacement for free. So for everyone who purchased this product, do not forget to register your product on their website. It just needs your contact number, where u purchased it and the order number. Their customer support staff should be able to assist you with any problems .
