If you want a very minimalist pencil case, this is it. It will hold about 22 pencils comfortably and about 4 sharpies in the front pocket. I was worried it wouldn't work for me but I re-thought how to use it. I put enough pencils inside so I can pass them around at church class. I am using the front for scrap paper because I always need some. Pros: thin, lightweight and there is a pocket on the front for quick access. You can see what's inside Width of pocket will hold note pads received in the mail from chartities. Sturdy plastic and not flimsy at all. Cons: front pocket is too deep for standard pens unless they can clip on the pocket. Front pocket can hold 3-4 stardard sharpies when inside has 22 pencils. Cannot fit dry erase markers in the front pocket.

GREAT for my pencil/pen storage. Like the size and storage area.

I use different pens and pencils all day as a tutor. These help keep my purse tidy while being able to find the write writing tool quickly. Pencils???!!! Well, I suppose so, but it lives a happier life as a see through makeup bag which fits superbly in the side-slot of Campi's door. Excellent!
