Can't say exactly what this is or what it does, but something my mom asked to order and she's happy :) It arrived on time (super fast) and in good condition. She said it's highly recommended, so I guess I do to.

They carefully packaged the product so it wouldn't get damaged. They even included a free face mask along with a note saying thanks for ordering from them...sealed with little stickers. Very nice.

I don’t understand how is use, to oil, and I don’t see so effect, need try it more.

I love this product! It's different than other cold creams out there in the market. It makes my skin really soft and hydrated, because of the red wine balls. At first, I was hesitant on using this, because I have acne prone skin and it may be too oily. Nonetheless, this product didn't irritate my skin at all. In fact, it helped my skin to rejuvenate from using all of them acne products. Which can dry out your skin. I use this once a week with a steamed towel before and after, followed by a facial scrub or a mask. And your face will feel like you just left a spa.

I sent for the cream that is supposed remove blackheads and whiteheads. I used this cream for many years. When I tried this new one, it did nothing. I used to actually see the whiteheads and blackheads in my hand and on the tissue cleaners I use that have no product on them. I think they either changed the formula or the cream does not work any more. I used my last jar from my original stock on the day I used the new stuff. I am very disappointed. Patricia LaBrie
