As of March 3-22-2017 I have had these for about 6 weeks. I took them on a road trip from NM to CA and back. The carrying case is good. And there is a A/C charger/ cord and I wanted something with both ears covered to block out noise. They are NOT over my ears, just on the ear. With that alone they are not perfect. The are fairly light weight but they WILL tend to fall off/roll off my head when I bend over to pick something up. This is due to the 90' twisting effect the ear pieces have so they can be stored flat in the carry case. It is better if you wear a ball cap. But this feature is annoying. So thats the build. It pairs with iphone 5s very quickly, the best bluetooth I have. So I get a call, I turn them on and the English female voice says "your headset is connected" which for me isn't necessary and annoying It just delays the call. A simple beep is enough. However all of this is tolerated because of the speed that it connects from the moment of being turned on. I only use the buttons rarely, mainly volume. So the best feature is the fast pairing and the worst is the build and the ON the ear vs OVER the ear. OVER the ear could provide more stability. Or maybe a detent on the rotation of the ear pieces.

Great sound and callers on the other end can hear me great, stays connected to bluetooth very well, its says for noisy environments however very minimal noise canceling. I called Blue Parrot and they state 82 % noise canceling which they also consider to be low. No explanation on the advertised "for noisy environments" they offered me a discount tp buy a different model on the same day I received this one, not a great option. I would stick with the 500 reviews say great noise canceling properties , if that is important. Ive had great success with the Blue Parrot headsets in the past can stand next to a big loader while its running and the other end can only hear me.

this is my second day using this, I love it I work for a networking company where I need to be on long conference calls with vendors to repair equipment in our server rooms which is very LOUD. i was on a call last night for 8 hours and it worked perfectly I could hear perfect even with all the noise around me. I also asked our company to pick up a VXi BlueParrott S450-XT for every person in my department. Im using it with an Iphone 6. the only downfall is it will not pair with windows 7 there is a download from their website that says it will work if downloaded but it did not work... however i didn't spend a lot of time on this.... music sounds really good from my phone.. scale 1-10 i give it a 9 1 point for not working with windows 7 also the ear buds went completely over my ears... I read somewhere on review that it didnt...

Connected easily with my iPhone. Microphone tends to pick up background noises like when I am typing which is why I originally only gave it a 4 star rating. I have since downgraded it to a 1 star when I was unable to pair it to my Windows 7 computer and after trying for over two months was finally told by VXi Tech Support that it never will thanks to incompatible Bluetooth technologies. Oh, and since it took me so long to find this out I was told tough ^&%$ by Global Teck when it came to getting a refund. They must get their customer service from the same people as United Airlines! VXi did send mea USB dongle to try to make it work with my computer.

Needed a good headset for phone calls, podcasts, watching TV, listening to music. Primarily I wanted it for phone calls and podcasts. I thought this would be an ideal headset since it is designed for use in a CALL CENTRE. Indeed, it works VERY WELL with my iPhone, and is VERY COMFORTABLE to use for many hours. The sound both ways is excellent. The microphone is close to the corner of my mouth, where it should be, but it swings up and out of the way so I don't end up "dunking the mic" in my coffee. -Hey, that's important!For podcasts, I find the sound to be a bit too bassy.For music, I miss the highs, and reach for my V-Moda Crossfade Wireless.

I love the sound quality and ease of use. The headset does get uncomfortable on the ears sooner than should. It may depend on your head size. They do adjust but the comfort level needs improvement.

Sound quality is excellent. Suppressing outside sounds to the mike is perfect. Can drive or talk with radio on and receeiver doesn't hear external noise.

Great headset works wonders in a semi everyone i talked to told me they can hear the difference the only thing i didn't like was the aux cord that came with it was not working properly or not working at all i used it on my phone to connect to my stereo well it just told me off lol but other then that amazing product

These are the most clear and reliable headphones. We have tried many and most do not cancel out the loud noises within a tractor unit. These make it sound like you are in a quiet room!! Very highly recommend!!

My BlueParrott s450xt out of the box will not hold a charge, unplug it from the charger - nothing. Charged for many hours. Disappointed, every effort on YouTube or with the company gave no help. Had to return it.
