BlackBerry Plants Triple Crown Price Includes Four (4) Plants

Brambles are my favorite plants, and what's not to love about these? They grow, they produce, they taste great, and they are thornless! Trouble is that 2 out of 3 years here in zone 5b, they don't survive the winter.

I checked out a lot of different sellers for blackberry plants from local hobbyists to nurseries to big box hardware stores, and all across the internet. I looked through photos from different sellers here on amazon and understood the risk of possibly receiving very small or weak plants, but I still decided this would be the one I purchased, and I'm thrilled! A- they arrived an entire day earlier than the earliest estimate of delivery, even though my town is notoriously slow to receive inbound mail and packages. B- they were carefully packed and still lightly moist inside their package, so I knew they'd been kept well during transport. C- they came with little plant markers! I didn't even know about that part, that was so sweet. D- their roots and leaves are already very healthy looking, I have high hopes for all four plants <3 E- these were the best deal (aside from buying dozens of plants, which i don't have room or budget for) This is my first time purposely growing blackberry plants, as all the wild ones on our property have unfortunately disappeared over the years (not that i was a huge fan of the thorns anyway) and I'm very excited to hopefully see some fruit next year and some great growth in the mean time. If I remember, I will post more pictures to this review later on after they've grown.

Update: unfortunately my plants later ended up being infested with mites when I checked them after a few days. It was quite bad. I’ve tried numerous insecticides for mites but in the end I ended up killing the plants and mites kept coming back. I’ll have to use fire unfortunately to prevent spread to the rest of my garden. I ordered 2 and got 8 healthy plants. I put them all in starter pots and took them inside to be under a grow light as outside temps are still hitting freezing in the nights. I live in Huntington, West Virginia. They are all showing new growth and potted in Pro-Mix raised bed potting soil with about 15% cow manure compost added. Overall I’m happy with my order and will likely be ordering more down the line.

Way over priced by the size of the plants. Do not waste your money

Plants arrived through USPS. They were wrapped well and enclosed in a sturdy box. Some yellowing on leaves and they were a bit thirsty. I immediately potted them in 6 inch pots and used Sungro Black Gold potting mix. There are new leaves and they have nearly doubled in size. I would definitely recommend this purchase and may purchase more at a later date. Extremely happy with these plants. Thanks so much!

Small, but arrived in time and look very healthy. Update: I ordered these in March 2023 and planted shortly after. June 2025 I am looking forward to my first harvest. I have canes that are six feet long/tall and heavily loaded with fruit, all four plants. I haven't done anything but a little pruning and trying to keep grass at bay. I also have several new plants coming up from roots, not sure where I'm going to put them. Quite pleased with my purchase.

I planted these in a small pot until they get a bit larger and they are thriving.

Theyre little plants with huge growth potetntial if I take care of them right and they got here in perfect shape. thank you!
