Schönes Gerät, erfüllt seinen Zweck, optisch ein echter Hingucker, sehr edel, allerdings muss ich einen Punkt abziehen da man die Knöpfe schlecht findet, egal ob im hellen oder Dunkeln, durch das Muster schwer zu erkennen, dafür sieht es sehr hübsch aus

This thing is great! The more it charges, the stronger the vibration. Took me awhile to figure out where the plug was (it’s at the bottom!) and the buttons are difficult to find when you’re not looking at it. Had this thing for a few months and is still strong

I'm currently on my third LuLu massager - i've owned a LuLu 7 and am now on my second LuLu 11.The build quality is great, the battery life is pretty good and the vibrations are very strong for a device that is very portable and cordless (at least for the first 3 months of pretty intensive use of ~3-4 hours per week). It's made of very sturdy rubber which is also easy to clean without fear of damaging the electronics under water.The only nitpick i have with the design of the Lulu 11 is that the rubber handle is sculpted with a pattern all over, making it almost impossible to find the buttons one the device just with your touch, in dimly lit environments.Unfortunately, despite the product having a 12 month warranty, the previous two items both failed after around 4 months with the same use pattern. Considering the vibrations got weaker towards the end of lifetime, but the battery life was pretty much the same, I assume the motor died.I did not register the 12mo warranty on the first item, but liked it enough to replace. I registered the 2nd item and had it replaced when it eventually died. I should say the customer service during the warranty claim was simply EPIC and I am therefore posting this review of the product.Overall, I feel at this price point this is a pretty great product. So far all parties i have used it on agreed with this assessment.
