Good One
I bought this lock for my new house and it is very good and also the installation is also hassle free. As soon I got this delivered to me the customer care people only called me and visited my home for the installation

Very good quality & look wise. For its price, it lacks some features like remote locking / unlocking through a phone app.

Not good product
Using this for over 3 months now, operates very slow, finger print scanner accuracy is not good. Doesn't have features like otp unlock which is iot feature available in other brands at same cost. Adding / deleting finger prints is very hectic process.

Weak door needs a 3000 support plates made of plastic???????
The installation guy came home and did a clean install. He however said that the door was week and hence I should buy plastic support plates worth 3000 make sure that there's additional support for the door. They were cut out of a simple plastic sheet. He said that, because of this, we couldn't use the key. Since I declined the Rs.3000 plastic pieces, he put a small piece of cardboard instead between the lock and the door. I am not sure I made the right choice buying this lock. If the manufacturer knew about this issue, should he not just throw in some plastic pieces in the box?

Smart Sleek Design
The lock is very durable, has multiple bolts. The best feature is the internal lock which adds safety to the entire house. I also liked the child lock feature. Overall, it has been just 2 days of installation but so far it's good.
