White goes with everything
This was a gift to my Mother. During a recent visit, I noticed she was really low on dishes and was using the "good stuff" on a regular basis. My folks have had Corelle for decades, the same set. Attrition over those 30-40 years has reduced that collection to a two-person setting. The white is plain but perfect. My Mom can dress it up with her nicer china when the occasion calls for it or just let the food do the talking. A fancy plate doesn't make the food taste better!Corelle is amazing. Durable and practical. The ideal setting for every day.

I love these dishes
Corelle is amazing. They are light, stackable, and they are very durable. With my amazon purchase, one of the bowls arrived chipped and customer service quickly sent me a replacement. I'm sure these dishes will last longer than me.The mugs are stoneware, not the bonded glass material. I don't mind the mugs being a different material and haven't had issues with them.

Classic
I was so glad to find this classic white Corelle pattern. I got this as my first dinnerware nearly 40 years ago, and I still love the classic elegance of these plates on my dinner table.

Durable and Light Functional Everyday DIshes
These dishes are lightweight and STRONG - they've been smashed against our porcelein sink, dropped on the floor and microwaved. They are good, everyday dishes, maybe not the ones you'd want for a fancy meal but after watching the destruction of many other dishes in our household, I'm relieved to have these guys. They are also thin so I can pack many of them into our limited cupboard space.

Got this to replace a set I'd had for 15+ years. Still have some, but no longer full set. Like that it is light weight but durable.

The set is nice, light
The cups are made in China and are stoneware. Received items without the salad plates, am waiting to see if they will ship them. The set is nice, light. I'm giving it 2 star until I receive the other plates.Update: I did receive the rest of the order immediately. The small plates are dessert plates, not salad plates. They are smaller than I thought, but it is a nice set.
