Stott Fitness Circle Workout
I completely agree with all the 5-star reviewers here in that Moira put together an effective, thorough and very useful fitness circle workout. I used this DVD for the first time this morning, and I felt it was 40 minutes well spent. She used the fitness circle in a myriad of ways, to pulse together working the pecs (half time then double time while lifting the knee out front to work on balancing), and then placed between the knees for pulsing in various exercises thus tightening the inner thighs. Yes, she talks quite a bit, but her careful instruction covers the entire body, not just the parts that are working. She always ties in how movement in one part of the body affects another area, which to me, is extremely helpful and helps to prevent injury. Having performed most of Stott Pilates DVD workouts for the past year, 7 days a week, 40 minutes each, I've come to really appreciate Moira's knowledgeable instruction because I've noticed significant strengthening gains and a distinct streamlining effect of the muscles of my body. It works beautifully. If you think this is too easy, then combine it with another Stott workout. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic Circle Workout
Being a certified Pilates Instructor (among other classes I teach), this Circle Challenge opens up a whole new dynamic to our traditional Stott Pilates conditioning. It presents a challenge, it gives great resistance when used properly and keeps my class members excited to see what I'm going to have them learn next with the rings. Nice job on instruction as well Moira.

Good for beginners
Good for beginners. I use it as a cool down when I do the Extreme Pilates video. She tone is mellow and the moves are basic. For beginners, it's easy to follow and not necessarily too difficult to be discouraging.

May be a little too advanced if you have not built in core work first in your routine
ok but careful if you have lower back or sacrum issues. Build up before taking at same speed as instructor. Aka build your core work first.
