These were mailed to us shrunken, inside a smaller, clearer bag. They instantly start to “puff up” as soon as the seal to the shrunken plastic bag is broken. It doesn’t take long, at all. Within a few hours it has puffed up, fully. My problem is that my head isn’t heavy enough for it! My neck bends and aches after a few hours each night. I’m going to cut the corner open just enough to take a little bit of the stuffing pieces out & see if I can’t customize it a bit for myself, before stitching it up real quick. I like it. It’s made well. It was shipped nicely, by this particular Seller, as well. It’s 4 stars because it is too tall & dense for me.

If you firm medium thickness pillows these are the ones to buy. Great price. Only question is how long they last.

Unwrapped the pillows after receiving them and let them Sit for a couple days. Put them on my bed and was well satisfied with the way they felt and looked.I am very much satisfied with the pillows

Hard don't contour to your neck

Bought three pillows in mid-November (2022), opened and started using one right away, saving the other one as a backup.Pillow started off okay, medium firm, decent loft, a little squishier than I would prefer, but not terrible. I’m a side sleeper, overheat easily, and rarely sleep all the way through the night, so I’d definitely classify myself as restless. I frequently rotate and flip my pillow at night, often fluffing before going to bed, or during the night.Ir’s now bedtime on April 18th (2023). The pillow got squishier, as, in my experience, all pillows do, no matter what they tell you. Generally a good fluff was enough to get it back into shape, but over the last week or so I’ve come to the point that no amount of fluffing seems to fix.The sides of the pillow have become smaller, it feels kinda lumpy, and there’s a concave in the middle that I can’t seem to get rid of. I know one of the recommendations is to try sticking it in the dryer, but I haven’t done that yet, so I’ll update this review if I do.Overall, at $42 for 2 pillows, the first of which lasted about 5 months, I don’t know if I’d buy these again. They’re not bad, just not good enough for me to feel like they’re worth $21 each, and that’s assuming I get the same kind of wear from the 2nd pillow as I got from the first.I will try the dryer trick this week. Who knows, maybe I’ll get lucky and the pillow will go back to the way it was when I bought it!

A little hard to get out of its packaging because it was so tight, but the pillows were not damaged at all and are good quality.

After a return of some floppy flat pillows I was extremely happy with these ones. They’re the right size not floppy supportive yet soft enough. Finally! I’ve found a great pillow.

I found myself looking for a new pillow after an unfortunate baby spit up/laundry accident rendered my old pillow a lumpy mess. No amount of fluffing, tennis balls in the dryer, punching, etc. was bringing it back. I am allergic to down and need something soft but squishable (no memory foam). I was skeptical of buying a pillow online, but figured for the price it was worth a try.After unwrapping, I let the pillow fluff up for 24 hours, then put a waterproof pillow protector and pillowcase on it, and went to bed. It's lovely! I sleep on my side/stomach, with an arm under my head. This is the perfect thickness, so I feel well supported but my neck isn't at an unnatural angle. It seems to be holding its loft. The filling doesn't make noise. It can get warm, but the other side is always cold. I only opened one of the pillows, so even if this one does get flat, I have a backup.

Luxury quality hotel quality. Have neck pain issues, this pillow supports back and side sleeping perfectly. Have tried multiple pillows and so far this pillow has met my needs! Highly recommend!

These were ok pillows. Came vacuum packed, clean, and well packaged. They were described as firm side sleeper pillows, but they were too soft for both my husband and I. They are lofty, so when your head is on the pillow, it feels cradled, but they compressed quite a bit.
