BallsyMen's Face Wash, Light Exfoliating with Activated Charcoal, Kaolin Clay, and Plant Extracts for Soothing Skin 6 Fl oz

I first found Ballsy 2 years ago and got my husband a bunch of "men stuff" for Christmas. He was running out of the face wash, probably because I use it, too, and was happy to see Ballsy selling on Amazon.The smell is awesome, the wash is thick and you don't need a lot. I noticed my face feels better and looks fresh. I recommend the shampoo and conditioner, as well!

I love Ballsy products, since I started using this my face has been breakout free, which I have tried many different face washes and this is the only one that has truly worked.

I love this stuff! I’ve always struggled with body acne and scars. After using this product a few weeks I can tell my skin is starting to clear up. Great stuff.

Let's hit that "scent" rating right off: I reviewed this same brand of face lotion and described the smell as some gillette-ish kind of scent that is just not my favorite. This is in that same scent family to me, but, fortunately, is not nearly as strong as the face lotion. This is my preference, not necessarily a problem for most people; I'm really fussy about smell. I would have liked something more simple or no fragrance at all.I used this after an hour long lap swim workout in a public, chlorinated pool.There are some products that, after a swim like that, the fragrance/level of fragrance can send me into a sneezing frenzy. To its credit, this did not do that.I typically use a Japanese brand of facial cleanser that is of a creamy texture and foams up substantially after rubbing it vigorously between my palms.This is a gel type cleanser in which you will see flecks of charcoal.I used about a dime size squeeze; about 3 dimes thick.This created a decent amount of lather, though not as much as the Japanese creamy stuff.It was adequate.There was no particular feeling or sensation on my skin, such as a minty tingle or that sort of thing.I would say it left my face feeling clean and ready for moisture treatment.Is it gift-able? It really depends on the recipient.For some, the product name may be a hoot; for others it may be over compensating and off putting.For the ingredients in and not in this product, the price point seems about right.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.

Started buying these products for the name kept buying them for the quality! My 14 year sons face has never been so clear of acne! Fantastic product!

I'm very pleased with this face wash. It has a very nice texture -- not so thick so that it's difficult to dispense, but not so thin that you need to use a lot. This hits a perfect middle ground. It also has a sort of a 'silky' texture to it, much like a gel, so it spreads easily and lathers readily. The scent is pleasant and light. It does an excellent job of cleaning without over-drying my face.The price is reasonable given the quality and performance. Plus, since so little is needed for good results, it provides good value. Zero complaints!
