Its going to be a matter of taste, but my dogs absolutely love these. I gave some to a friend and to my sister for their dogs and they all liked them. So they are recommended by a lab, pointer mix, sheltie, west highland white terrier, german shepherd, and husky.The package says that they can be used as a whole meal, but that would be some pretty expensive meals. I usually use 1/2 a disc, crumble it up, add some water and swirl it around to make it like a gravy, then swirl their regular food into it. They push the bowls around the floor trying to get every last drop.Some reviewers have complained about the discs being broken up on arrival. Mine were fine. You have to break them up anyway to reconstitute them, so I don't see the problem.The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they are quite expensive.
