BOSCH Exterior Self-Leveling Rotary Laser Kit with Receiver, Tri-Pod, Grade Rod, and Hard Case GRL400HCK

Our company bought after using a cheap(er) laser from (insert large hardware store here) that was a bosch but it was horrible inaccurate. Over 30' we had a concrete form off 1 1/2" that was caught the morning of a pour. This level is awesome. Tested accuracy over 400' and it checked out best I could tell. The built in sun shelter is perfect for outdoor conditions - works well in a noon sun. Weve had it for about 2 months and have had no problems. Seems sturdy, turns on and is ready to use with a few clicks, and is highly accurate(within 1/16" or less) over the 150+ feet weve had to for. Definitely pays for itself. If you dont think so go ahead and risk a cheap model or try to use the old school scope transits. Definitely wont go back to that.Also amazon as usual got it in quick and safe. Everything in tact and ready to use right out of the box.

Really easy set up as first time user it was supper easy to get it setup and start useing. Really was nice using it to build a pad for our new barn.

I was a bit nervous that for the price the quality would be sub-par. Pleasantly surprised it is exactly what I was hoping for. I bought it used, but frankly other than the boxes I cannot tell that is has been used at all. Shoots great, I have personally had it shoot to 75 yards and the level holds up compared to a water level.

This unit works great. It is very similar to the most expensive units & performs very easily. Another contractor friend of mine brought his over to verify calibration & compare them. After using mine for just a minute he said "very impressive unit for the money". His cost $2400 & has to be calibrated by manufacturer only which cost $400/yr. The Bosch can be calibrated by anyone. I am very pleased so far. It appears to be a quality device.Thanks

Part of the description for this laser is wrong. The laser included in this kit is the GRL400H which only has one rotary setting of 600 rpms. Also, it does not have beam customization. That being said, this laser's 1200ft range and durability makes it an excellent solution for outdoor as well as indoor use. If you are looking for a laser with more features and more suited for indoor use, try the GRL300.

You can not go wrong buying this. It works beautifully. Used it to lay out our house, garage, and guest room.

This never ever worked call tech support and they want me to sewnd it out for them to repair, I see some of these for sale rebuiltwhic means to me this unit is unrealiable DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT YOU WILL REGRET IT..Philip Haynes

Works well, everything as described, slightly longer to arrive than expected but product itself is great, my husband uses for checking land grading and building. Hes happy with it.

One of the best tools you can have if your a intermediate to professional handyman.Having borrowed a similar rotary level from a friend to do the foundation layout for my new garage, it made the mundane task of leveling the forms an absolute breeze. Being able to get the foundation within a 1/16" and easily being able to check multiple times with ease was one of the reasons the concept of a rotary level had sold me.The Bosch GRL400 is just badass, although there is no remote with this system, the wireless level "pod" is pretty cool, and makes setting heights at any time of the day easy. Seeing the beam during the day on any rotary level system is nearly impossible, the "beam sensor pod" makes referencing absolutely effortless no matter the conditions, with a easy beep, and lcd display that shows how high/low you are from your set height.I cant wait to build my new deck, and tackle many more advanced home improvement/fabrication projects with this serious tool.
