They are fun wabble heads but the birds are not affected.

No more birds flying into windows!
These owls are keeping birds away from flying into our windows and hurting themselves. So far they are working well.

They seem to be working. Pleasantly surprised.
I put both of them up on my fence as birds were nesting underneath my metal roofing sheets. Since I've put them up, I have not heard, or seen, any birds in the normal locations. I placed small rocks inside and even during strong winds, these things actually stayed in place. Perhaps my birds aren't the smartest, but so far, they're working for me.

Ordered these for movement- these do not move
I’m not sure if these will work we just got them. I ordered them because of the head swivel and the two that I received are one piece - no swivel or bouncing as shown in the video. Disappointed

I would never order owls again. It does not do its job.

Doesn’t Keep Birds Away
Small! Also not one bird is scared of a tiny little owl. The head does bob but I live where the wind is always over 20mph so that helps. It has fallen several times off the top of my 6ft fence and hasn’t broke. I did add sand to it. But if you’re buying it to get rid of birds. Buy something else this won’t work.

The quality of the product is commensurate with the price point and the owls seem to be working as a deterrent for the time being. I would buy again.
