easy to take out
It came in 2 very large boxes; well packed; easy to take out; allen wrench with screws were in a nice white, cloth pouch....very classy...usually you get a plastic bag, right? Anyways. I am NOT handy so I looked....and looked...and looked again and figured it out all by myself. It took 1/2 hour but if you stare at the directions long enough it starts to make sense...all you have to do is connect the reclining back pieces to the loungs. Do it twice...a flashlight helps because its hard to find where the screws go (I'm old). Then the middle section (middle arm rest) easily hooks in with screws and allen wrench....Then you turn it around and theres 2 clamps that you clamp in place to hold the two pieces together and you are all set to go. And I love it! I almost spent the night on the thing last night because its on my balcony and I put some down pillows and a blanket on it and its extremely well made and comfortable. This is an excellent buy. I thought you could store the ottomans under the chaise but you can't. When I'm not using it, I'll probably just take the cushions off and leave it outside..It looks really well made and it looks like it can handle the weather outside. Buy this; you'll be very happy.

Comfortable and has great function BUT.....can't get replacement cushions
I have a pool deck with multiple pieces of furniture including swivel rockers, sofa, a hammock chair and a dining set and this is our favorite, most used and most comfortable piece. It is very comfortable to sit on and each side can recline at different levels until fully flat and the 2 storage boxes underneath slide out and holds the leg cushion only. So each side has the option to use it for sitting or laying out. HOWEVER, I've owned this for 2 and half years now....I take the cushions indoors and only put it out when in use (sometimes forget to bring it in and it has been rained on a few times and dried)....NOW the cushions look like crap (sunfaded) and I would like to get new ones and you CANNOT buy cushions from the USA distributor, AOSOM. Their Customer Service says these are made and packaged overseas and sent to them ready to sell. They can service a warranty, but cannot sell parts or cushions when needed. So buyer beware.....There are 6 cushions which are three pairs of cushions in different sizes and thicknesses that are not available anywhere to buy. Unfortunate!! Now after 2.5 years, I have to think about either getting the cushions custom remade or buy another set ;-( (Wish I could sew lol)

Comfy and Stylish
I really like this double lounger. It was extremely easy to put together and seems mostly durable. We will not connect the center piece until the spring when it will go to its permanent home on the covered patio. As separate pieces it is very easy to lift and move around. It is very comfortable in any of the reclining positions except for when it is laid flat. A thicker back cushion may help to soften the ridge where the back meets the bottom.Several reviewers complained that they couldn't put the cushions back in the ottoman. I don't mean to be snarky but if you push on the cushion, it goes in. My 91 year old aunt and my 6 year old nephew have no problems storing it.I am watching the integrity of the 'wicker' on the seat. There is no structure other than the center crossbar and the 'wicker' to hold up the occupant. I can imagine that might be an issue in a few years. My only complaint is the metal tags that the company attached to the ottomans makes it very hard to remove the ottoman as it snags the inside of the chair when you try to pull it out. I cut them off, but before I figured out what was catching I scraped the inside of the "wicker" pretty bad.I would recommend this double lounger, especially while it is on sale.

Great loveseat. Not so much tanning bed....
This is a great looking lounge set for a cozy "snuggle-up" with a drink in front of the fire. Assembly not too bad. One determined woman can do it(smiley face) but two people is recommended as these are large pieces....not too heavy though. I bought it for poolside to be used mostly as the picture shows. However the ottomans slide around a lot as there are nothing that connect them to the sofa itself. In the beginning I was determined to make it work and would zip-tie all the legs together. But it gets old to have to do and undo this process every time you want to push the ottomans under the seat. Our surface is stamped concrete and obviously too smooth for this to work! Maybe another surface would work better? We have decided to move this set to another location where it will primarily function as a sofa....which in my opinion, it does best. The sliding issue could be easily fixed if it was equipped with some hook-on-brackets. Some of the other reviews mention the storrage of the cushions. I agree the ottoman cushions can be forced into the ottoman storrage, but I find that they come out wrinkly and would probably get damaged over time.....and it was a dreadful process altogether anyway. I decided to get a cover for the whole thing instead. The one in the link works perfectly and theres room to keep all cushions and then some under there. Much easier than having to move cushions and find storrage.....and the cover fits in the ottoman storrage.... Wouldn’t buy again
Looks good, right. Yup, it does. Despite what other reviewers said about assembly, it was a bitch. It took better part of two hours...why? Because the parts were not all machined precisely. There are 10 screws for 8 holes, and the Allen wrench is provided. 3 of the 10 would not screw in. I took it apart twice, turns out those screws (and the extras) were not the problem, the screw holes would not accept the screws. With no other alternative I ended up using zip ties to secure the armrest. I managed to get a couple partly in, but only 4 sit flush, one won’t screw in at all, and two are only partially screwed . in about a quarter of an inch, but even secured somewhat on both sides of the armrest, it sits crooked. If I had any desire to undo that much effort, find a replacement, and pack it all up again, I would, but I don’t.
