I have celiac so I am always looking for gluten-free options. There are a ton of amazing gluten-free crusts, but when you incorporate the low-carb is where it begins to taste a bit like cardboard! These are seriously amazing! I have found with others also that you need to pre-cook them and let them cook which can be kind of a pain in the butt. It definitely takes the convenience factor out! You do not need to do that with these and they are so delicious! I use rao’s sauce which is also low carb and then throw my toppings on! Quick, easy, and definitely yummy!

So before toppings, I placed in a very hot cast iron skillet trying to get a crispy crust bottom, but doesn't get crispy this way either. My husband and I like a "well done" pizza, which means a crispy crust bottom. Can't get it with these.

Let me just start by letting you know that looking for a good cauliflower crust ends here! I love Riches cauliflower crust and now this keto friendly crust is fantastic. Being on a diet I have tried them all, and don't even come close to being as good as this. For those who think it is bland try putting flavor on it rather than eating it by itself. I am definitely putting this on top of the list. Chef approved!!!

Seems impossible to find a cauliflower crust in any grocery store. Love these and order them often.

Pizza crusts had best by date that was too close to the purchase date. Generally, these have 1-year expiration date when sold by manufacturer.

We used these in our pizza oven and they were soggy and had no flavor
