American Health Royal Brittany Evening Primrose Oil 1300 mg Softgels, 120 Count 2 Pack

A few years ago, I was having pain and numbness under my arms and all down my arms to my fingers during the PMS part of my cycle. I had tests done and they couldn't come up with anything. The doctor said it is probably due to the glands under my arm swelling during PMS. There really wasn't anything they could do about it. The receptionist at the Dr.'s office told me about Evening Primrose Oil and said that she had heard it helps with this. I decided to try it. It took about 4 weeks of taking it night and morning for it to kick in. No more arm pain or tingling! After a few months, I switched to only taking one each morning. It worked like a charm and is so worth it! I ran out a few weeks ago and decided to see if I could stop taking it now. The arm pain returned, so I have ordered some more. I also think it helped my skin and kept my hormonal acne under control.

Great product, I use it for just basic health reasons - skin, hair, etc. You can google if you want to have a break down of health benefits, however, this review is about this particular product. It's great, I have had other oils that sometimes spell off or rancid. Never have I had this one smell or taste funky or give me a stomachache right afterward. Its best value for the quality that I have found. Oh, and my wife uses it for PMS "stuff" has helped tremendously with cramps.. just saying.

I used to buy a smaller pack on iherb and got really excited when i noticed that amazon sells bigger pack! Same great product for a better price! :)It’s one of the cleanest primrose oil that is on the market and the price is really good. Its quite easy to swallow and it doesn’t have any taste. 1300mg is a perfect dosage. Simply great product!

Items arrived on time and in great condition. I have read that the supplement is good for hair and skin issues which is why I am taking it. I suspect it will take awhile to potentially see any changes so I can't really speak to that.I have noticed my hair does seem to have some more body and volume so far. They are not too large and are easy to swallow. They are a very good price compared to other sources. Hoping they help!

I turned 50 and began having what I thought might be hot flashes. After some research it seemed like this supplement might help alleviate symptoms. It took about a month and I stopped having those sensations. I'm assuming this product helped. I've not experienced them at all in the last 8 or so mos now. I also noticed that a callous I had on the side of my big toe went away. Coincidence? I don't think so. It was there for nearly 10 yrs and I had tried sanding it or using creams. Nothing worked. I used one product that actually made it worse and increase in size. After I'd been taking these for several weeks, that bump went away and has not returned. I did nothing else that cld be the cause so it must be something in the oils.

Always used this brand & wouldn't change. You know its fresh & real by the smell. No burps or aftertaste at all. Works for me as I really need the Omega 6's. Been a high quality long time goto item for me.

Have seen a lot of changes with my menopause symptoms, hair, skin and nails. My joints are seeing some benefit, also, I have been taking this EPR Oil for over a year now. no plan to stop. Love the buy one get one price. That is a major plus. As we all know supplements can get quite costly.
