After looking around for 50 ft of hdmi cable, I finally came upon these Aurum Ultra series cables. For $18 these things were a steal. I visited best buy and other AV stores and found Hdmi cables that were 35ft long for $200. Other places had 50 ft for $80. Upon receiving the cable it was coiled up and had little covers on the end of the connectors. The rubber insulation felt bulky and heavy duty. I had read about the ends falling off the cables upon pulling them through the wall like I did for a home theater system.I can report that the ends never fell off and after 1 year of me unplugging and connecting the cord to different devices it is still in tact and functioning well. The only thing that broke off was the little plastic sticker :) Great HDMI cord for home theater.

Ran these through my wall when I built my house to connect my tv to a closet where I have my AV equipment. Never any issues with the signal, even at the 50 foot length. This has been running well for almost 6 years now. Buy with confidence!

Actually works fabulously, previously I purchased and tried several 50ft HDMI cables, they were even 10 bucks more expensive than this one- yet they didn't work- they made artifacts, had unreliable signal transmission, green/magenta flickers.However, this one actually works! and it was cheaper. Ironic huh? My use for the 50ft HDMI is that I needed to run it from a projector all the way around the room back to my pc. So far, it's working perfectly and I highly recommend you get this over any other 50ft HDMI cable (ESPECIALLY if they're more expensive. Because it's clear quality is not necessarily correlated to cost. *In this singular case!*)

This is my second one of these 50ft cables. I got this one after the first one I had for years was accidentally cut by the cable guy (he thought it was the coax cable he needed to cut). This cable provides a very clear picture despite the long length. The price is very good as well and I would say this cable is as good as name brand cables like Monster. The tips are "gold" and very sturdy/well made. The outer sheath of the cable is thick and durable as well (so long as your cable guy doesn't cut the cable).

I got this cable to connect my Sony receiver to my Optoma Projector mounted on the other end of the wall. I was able to tuck the cable under the carpet around the edge of the room. It is flexible enough to handle the corners.I docked one star because I couldn't get my Sony BD player to show its home menu screen after I switched to this cable. It was working with the other shorter cable from the same company, so I don't know if it is a problem with the 1080p 60hz signal from my BD player. It is able to handle the 1080p 60hz from my receiver just fine.I had a work around for that by using component to HDMI out up-conversion on my receiver. I decided I am not going to go through the hassle of returning and routing another set of cables.Otherwise, everything else has been working perfectly with this cable.

I was a little concerned with using a 50 foot HDMI cable due to some of the research I did before going this route. Some say no issues and I saw where some suggest a loss of performance at that length without some sort of amplification. I have no issues as far as I can tell. Great picture. Plus, I have more than just the 50' "A to B" run. I needed a 3' cable from DTV box going into a HDMI A/B type switch box, then the 50' Aurum cable reviewed here going to a simple HDMI coupler, then a 10' cable going to the back of a another coupler in a recessed wall box, and finally a 3' cable going to TV. With all these connections I was concerned so I hooked it all up before going thru all the trouble of running the wires thru the various areas. Again, no problems using all the high speed cables and connectors.

This was perfect. I wanted to connect my PC to my TV, which is across the room, so I can watch videos and play games on the TV. This was the perfect length cable and I haven't noticed any loss in quality!I have a 2 monitor setup on my PC. I use this cable in conjunction with the OREI HD-102 1x2 1 Port HDMI Powered Splitter Ver 1.3 Certified for Full HD 1080P & 3D Support (One Input To Two Outputs) so it splits from one of my PC outputs to my second monitor and TV. Works great and I can even use the TV's audio.

i had purchased a hundred-footer years back, from a different company, for possible permanent wiring of a projector, but after a few months if use it quit working. so i packed away the projector until i moved. since then i purchased this fifty-footer, all is well despite the fact i have a powered hdmi splitter/signal booster. it seems well built and the connectors are not oversized, meaning they fit in to the tight slot that some hdmi cables haven't been able to (the cables in the past need some trimming of the rubber part of the connector, this one doesn't). i don't need anything like 3d or ethernet just video and so far it does this fine. the price is great and i trust this should last a while. but should it not i will definitely update this review!
