As a semi experienced nail technician, I strongly advise anyone; do not buy this product! This nail drill has two serious faults: 1.) the drill doesn't have a minimal speed, which in turn can be dangerous and harm your nails or skin. 2.) Although the drill can move fast, the power of the drill is very weak- machine it stops while filing the dead skin from heals for instance. It's a completely useless tool. The only good thing from buying this equipment is the fact it came with extra drills and files that I can use with my old machine. Please do not invest money in this brand! I wish I could return it to get my funds back!

I order 2 times same but it’s same problem, maximum 5 manicure and it’s stop and don’t work any more , even from 2 make 1 I can’t , it’s every one something different insideI don’t recommend 👎🏻

The product is pretty light weight with all things considered and sturdy. The drill itself it’s quite with little to no vibration especially at lower speeds. The bits are easy to change and lock in securely.The ONLY issue I have at this time is that it switched speeds on me while in the hand setting. Thankfully I was at a low setting and it didn’t fluctuate too much, but it’s not something I want to happen regularly.Update: Drill jumps speeds if isn’t rotated fully to the next speed. It doesn’t not ghost fluctuate. However, I am not as impressed as I was initially. The bit gets bogged down and requires higher end speeds to remove polish or product. For gel polish I find myself often at 12rpm or higher to smoothly remove the product.

This e-file worked ok the first time I used it, but went to use it today (the second use it has had) and it stopped working properly. The motor still runs but with the slightest pressure the bit stops spinning (see video).Had it have worked ok I would have said it is just about ok to use. The pen is chunky, but ok to use.Most of the bits that came with it were completely blunt.I will be trying to return this e-file as not fit for use, but as I am out of the return window I am doubtful about receiving a refund. I will update this review at the end of the return process.

First I got a damaged item, but when the seller seen it immediately wrote an e-mail for me and I got a new one machine for free. Very nice company, I recommend everyone.
