Very nice knife, incredibly sharp. Extremely thin and lightweight however, so if your looking for a heavy chef knife this is not it. The cobalt vs.VG10 steel seems just as sharp. Time will tell. KnifeCountryUSA was prompt with shipping and it was well packed.
