Q: Used less than 1 hour, arm of side wheel snapped off! Should I return the whole thing or can they send a replacement part?

I'd return the whole thing. Never buy and then have to order parts. That's just not right.

Q: can the E5 be programmed to do 2 different zones, on the same floor, on different nights and then repeat the process later in the week?

You can set scheduled cleaning at the time you want but it can't be programmed to do 2 different zones.

Q: does it work on 240 volts

Q: Why does it need wireless connection,i am not using alexa?

Hi there, Thanks for the question. The device could work fine without Wi-Fi. The Internet connection will bring some extra functions on app like history cleaning map, scheduled cleaning, suction power strength switch. But without these features, you could still use the buttons on the device itself to start/end cleaning, direct device back to dock for charging and let device do spot cleaning.
