For something this expensive, you want to love it. But. I don't. The lower leg part stopped working and although a tall person will fit. I have to jam myself in with my legs at an uncomfortable angle. For the money, I want a good chair that keeps working, and doesn't need a shoe horn to get in and out of. In short, I regret the purchase.

Update:After my very poor review below I was contacted through the Amazon review comments by a company representative. They stated the chair WAS covered - for parts - by a 3 year warranty, not the 5 years I was sold but much better than the 1 year warranty I had been told before.As there are no "parts" to fix my problem they said they will send me a new chair for the shipping cost. The shipping cost is $250 - high but WAY LESS than buying a new chair.I am temporarily upgrading this review to 3 stars and if everything goes smoothly I will again upgrade it to 5 stars as I love the chair - when it works.=========================Original PostI bought this chair to upgrade from a previous Human Touch massage chair. I loved my original HT 125 chair but it only did back massage and I have problems with my hips and the AcuTouch 6.0 has air operated massage pillows for hips, seat, shoulders and arms. The chair worked GREAT, really gave me relief on my hips as well as doing a wonderful back massage.One of the selling points the salesman made for this $5,000 chair was the 5 year warranty. My bad - I didn't read the fine print.About 14 months after I bought the chair the air portion stopped operating so I called the company. Turns out the "5 year warranty" only covers the structure, all other items including any operational problems are a one year warranty. And the company solution for failure of the air system is complete replacement of the chair.So I now have a $5,000 paperweight in my bedroom.
