It just takes one
This style of suction cup has been the most effective I’ve used. But only the second largest cup works on my mid-sized body. Why they send five cups is hard to understand.

Great set
I'd never used one of those sets before. This works shockingly well. I love the variety of sizes and that they are made of easy to clean silicone. They nest in each other and come with a little bag to keep them in so storage is easy. I wish that they came with multiples of each size but that is a pretty small complaint.

FANTASTIC
I only have one complaint about these cups. I wish there were two or three more of the small ones. Easy to apply myself and they suck great. I've recommended these to a number of friends already!
