At last! A nice, sturdy kids loft.
Super happy with this loft. We shopped around for a LONG TIME before settling on this loft for our 11-year-old daughter. We bought it to make space in her bedroom for a new desk, which fits under it perfectly. It's a very basic loft (no drawers or shelving like many high-end lofts), but it's also very sturdy. Assembly is required -- Not difficult, but better with two people. We made sure all bolts, etc., were good and tight while assembling. The loft hardly moves/shifts while our daughter is climbing in and out of it, and it doesn't squeak at all. It's high enough that our daughter can sit down at her desk with ease, but my husband and I have to keep our heads ducked to walk under it (I'm 5'7"). It's also low enough that our daughter can sit up in bed without hitting her head on the ceiling. We got a memory foam mattress for the bed since the mattress on the old bed was too heavy and thick -- This loft is definitely NOT for pillowtop or thick mattresses. Our daughter likes the memory foam mattress, though -- She says it's actually more comfortable than her old bed. The only drawback we notice in the loft's design is that the ladder is rather narrow. However, our daughter can still move up and down it with ease. This loft is also very heavy and the box it comes in is very long. We were able to carry it into the house from where it was delivered (on our front porch), but it was a bit of a struggle. The box was definitely heavier than our sofa, and too big/long for our hand truck to handle. If at all possible, try to have the box delivered/brought into the room where you want the loft to be. It will save you a lot of trouble.

A really good choice - worth the extra cost.
I ordered this bed for my daughter. She loves it! Couldn't have come at a better time since we're all quarantined at home because of COVID 19. It gave her something new and exciting to have in her life. She is 14. The bed was very easy to assemble- in fact, she did the majority of it herself. The instructions were easy to understand. A nice project for her. It seems to be very sturdy and fit perfectly in a small room with 8' ceilings. There is quite enough head room for her to sit up in the bed and yet enough room under the bed for a seating area which was what she wanted. The order was received exactly as anticipated. All the parts were there and there was no damage. I liked this bed because it was metal but had square railings instead of round. It looks great in her room!!

Great value, sturdy and nice looking bed!
The bed arrived fairly quickly and deliverer right to my door. The box is large and heavy, though I was able to pick it up and move it into my garage. The box was somewhat beaten up from shipping, but the contents were in pristine condition and well packaged. Each part is individually wrapped in plastic with styrofoam separating large pieces and completely lining the sides of the box.Assembly was straightforward, and with one adult (except for the final few steps) it took about 3 hours - mostly due to the number of bolts. It IS possible to assemble it with one adult, but is definitely not recommended as it would require you to hold large, heavy pieces perfectly aligned while finding bolt holes and getting the bolts started by hand. I called my 14 year old daughter in for the major piece assembly and it was fairly easy. The bed is very sturdy. Don’t get me wrong, you can wiggle it a little back and forth, but my impression is that you’d have to purposely attempted to tip it over to actually make it do so. The kit also include wall mounting brackets that allow you to bolt the bed to the wall (into studs or structural members) to absolutely ensure it can’t move. I did not do that, and am comfortable with it as is.Overall a good bed that both my teenage daughter and I are satisfied with.

Nice looking loft bed fit for a kid or teen
What sold me on the bed were the dimensions. I liked that the upper part was a little lower than most high loft beds but not as low as the low loft ones. The colour is really pretty, it reminds me of the 50's seafoam green colour. Really pretty.Pros:1) dimensions for a small/typical kids room with normal 8 ft ceilings.2) Very pretty colour3) Seems sturdy enough (but a tad wobbly, tho I suspect all loft beds are to a degree),4) Much nicer quality than the ones in the 100$ price range.5) The steps don't hurt your feet much to climb up and down on like some others.Cons:1) a little wobbly, but I suppose all these type of beds are to an extent.2) Cost seemed a little high for what it is.3) I had to order 3 to get parts that weren't scratched or damaged in one way or another (but Amazon's return policy makes this super easy). My daughter is your typical 9/almost 10 yr old kid (weight around 95lbs) who has a typical kid size room (maybe on the smaller side). She's very happy with this bed. Only thing she complained about was being hot at night since heat rises (tho that was an easy fix - lighter weight Ikea comforter).Just ordered a bed caddy so she can put her stuff up there (phone/ipad, books, water bottle, headphones, etc) and not have to climb down all the time. This seemed a nice one to get: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D568X8Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1

Nice product for the price!
It’s nerve wracking to buy a bed online, but this one worked out! Finished bed is sleek, sturdy, and a good rail height. Assembly was pretty easy, but the instructions could be a bit clearer as a few frames were a little unclear in which way the bed was oriented (showing a long view in one step, and vertical view in another for example). Pretty intuitive though. We got two and the first took two of us an hour to assemble and the second took me about 2.5 hours by myself. Overall would recommend!
