I needed additional help. I had 'swimmer's ear'. Somehow I got water in my ear canal. So, it helped with the pain in my ear, but it didn't fix the overall problem.

I know these are homeopathic but they DO help me,, I've got one ear that's TROUBLE and for whatever reason these drops "help"..I've tried other homeopathic ear drops that absolutely DID NOTHING..When the ear from hell flairs up the Hyland's provide some relief,, it's noticeable and VERY welcome,, and that makes them WELL WORTH IT for me..

I purchased this item as an aid for swim ear. The product says it it for that purpose. My husband and I were unhappy with the product. It didn’t help the water exit our ear canal.

This has been my go-to solution for years whenever ear pain crops up. It cuts the pain level quickly and takes only a few days to completely get rid of it. Unlike other homeopathic ear treatment options, this has no smell and no stinging. I always have some on hand just in case it's needed. No complaints!

I’m the unfortunate adult that never grew out of earaches when I get sinus congestion. The pressure can be unbearable. They took a prescription ear drop off the market that I used for years that contained a numbing agent for the ear canal. Ordered this out of desperation once allergy season hit and these drops definitely helped. I would say they are almost as good as prescription which had better duration. You just have to use these more frequently but at least it makes the pain ease up.

I use these drops for ear pain and for dry ear canals. I like them better than olive oil. They have also helped my tinnitus, although I don't think they are supposed to, so I don't recommend them just for that. I like that they have no scent and I can put them into my own ears without help. They relieve my ear pain within 20 minutes to an hour. Be sure to check with a doctor.
