Sonoma | Outdoor Fabric/Steel Gazebo Canopy | in Light Brown

We previously had a gazebo attached to our deck and I was looking for a new cover and curtains due to sun fading (our deck faces west and gets a LOT of sunlight). This gazebo popped up as a recommended product and I am completely thrilled that I purchased it! It is an extremely sturdy, heavy duty steel frame with wonderfully sewn and fitted top, vent with includes bug netting, and 2 rows for the curtains included - an outer layer of brown and inner row of mosquito netting). It does take assistance to assemble, but is well worth the effort. It is strong, designed thoughtfully, sewn with great attention to detail, the top and curtains fit perfectly, and the top rail is covered/protected from the elements by an overhang from the top that is made of a darker brown than the top and curtains. The contrast of color is a wonderful addition and truly makes it appear very high-end. If looking for a gazebo, DEFINTELY consider this one, but at least ensure what you purchase is made of STEEL! Our prior gazebo was aluminum, which made it easy to assemble. However, it swayed in the wind and upon disassembling it to make ready for this new one, was discovered that the hardware was beginning to pull through the columns due to the movement during storms. This discovery made our love of this new steel gazebo even greater! We are confident that this gazebo will last for an extremely long time and are thrilled with the looks and compliments we receive from neighbors! {{I cannot locate a picture of it at this time, but will find one and update my review later}} If this is still available, do NOT wait! Purchase right away! You won't regret it!

Tried and True- Second Purchase of same item.Meets Needs if Windy, Sunny, Rainy area like we do.Welll designed, has Heavy weight durable frame that does not collapse or blow away.All fabric is quality sleek material that’s maintenance free, stays clean looking, it doesn’t rip up in windy conditions or come unsewn or fall apart or deteriorate in hot sun.Zippers in Privacy Curtains and the coordinating Colored Mesh Netting Curtains all work perfect, easy starts.Like the Two Rail Curtain Rod system, gives options to open/close Privacy Curtains or just Mesh Curtains independent on as many panels/sides as needed to block wind, sun, rain or view.Has coordinated colored wide Velcro close tie backs for outer privacy curtains and elastic tie backs on inner mesh netting curtains to tuck them away nicely at corners when not in use, keeps them from blowing around.I preferred the canopy on this model because it has the double vent opening at top that let’s heat escape keeping you cooler plus help air flow freely in windy conditions so canopy does not rip or blow away.I also like that there’s NO Grommet Holes in the overhead canopy.Directions are step by step text and numbered diagrams to easily follow.Hassle free assembly - everything but a step stool is included to assemble. Everything was clearly labeled.Received LIGHT FAST, days ahead of anticipated estimate.Excellent delivery customer service, had no issue finding us in RV park, delivery Gentleman needs a raise, he whipped this 124 pound heavy box off back of truck onto his shoulder and carried it to our backyard- Hats Off, 👏👏👏 I bow to him, it took my husband and I both to lift.In a perfect world - would of liked to had a center hook at ceiling to hang light but.... found that a fishing tackle leader worked perfect to hang a light.Overall- HIGHLY Recommend

This gazebo was easy to put up with the help of one other person. Only took 1 1/2 hours. It is sturdy and the seems to be well designed. It has recently withstood strong rain storms moving through the south. However, the cover material could be a little more water resistant and fit tighter. You must make the cover as tight as possible and even then the water tends to puddle in hard rain increasing the weight on the structure. Adding some type of cinching system to the Velcro straps would help and possibly coating the material to make the rain bead and run off. I am going to try an outdoor spray coating made for tents. We did have one main upright damaged in shipping but the manufacturer replaced it within a week, which was a big plus. Great customer service! I would recommend this manufacturer and this gazebo especially if a better cover was provided (Reason for only 4 Stars).
