Best whey-isolate protein value for the money. Very soft powder, mixes fast. I mostly live on whey protein, for maybe 6 years now, so I've tried pretty much all the major brands. The powder itself has no taste. So it mixes in milk, water, juice, and usually I just add hot tap water and a few spoons of Twinlab yeast (for the B vitamins). Really good that way, when adding Hatch Chili, garlic, salt powders. Also good if you add Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate and a pinch of chili (in lieu of the foregoing ingredients). Fast way to get a substitute meal without cooking.Cons: I hate the packaging, horrible orange tub, very unwieldy: but it's good for storing other stuff after use, and is better than the normal paper packaging so popular with whey.

Only gave 4 stars because of how big the scoop is. When I need more protein, 2 scoops, it has to be mixed in a larger volume of liquid. Mixes easily but separates just as easily. If you mix it in drink that requires ice, add more ice to make it thicker and it doesn’t separate. To me, tastes best when mixed with any kind of berries or pineapples not just a flavored milk or coconut water.

This is it. The bees knees of whey isolate. If you are looking for great whey isolate that doesn't have a lot of weird stuff in it, this is your protein. I use it stirred in milk. I find it fine but others might need some more flavor. I will use it in oatmeal, in milk, in shakes, to make home made protein bars etc. Plus there are 80 scoops per container so it should last you 2.5 months even if you have it every day.

This is a great protein powder if you plan to mix it with something. I put it in milk with a scoop of icecream. It dissolves the best of any protein powder I've ever used. No clumps or precipitate whatsoever after a few shakes in the blender bottle.Mixed by itself in water, though? It tastes like an armpit.

I have bought this 5 pound tub numerous times (on Amazon) over the past few years for about $53 dollars. Love the product but this price is a no-go for me. Be looking for a new vendor or whey supplement.
