Tastes good. Hydrates. I use ice and keep in fridge. Great for sport rehydration.

Antes usaba otra marca, pero desde que probé esta marca y sabor, me agrado mas, lo utilizo por que algunas veces tengo diarrea y me ayuda a mi salud digestiva. Es muy buena para la hidratación, después de una diarrea. me restaura de inmediato, es prebiotica, saludable y se restauran los minerales que perdí. Lo recomiendo! no es dulce.

Only gave 4 stars as I am not a fan of the flavor. Dehydration wise, this really helped a lot with electrolytes in take.
