I have been using these aceworks sea moss now for almost 2 weeks. The first thing I noticed was an increase of energy. I don't feel sluggish anymore. I've been hearing a lot about sea moss and how it has a bunch of natural minerals necessary for our body. I'm hoping this will be beneficial for long term supplement use. This product gets my body moving after taking as soon as I get up in the morning. I’ve noticed overall more energy flow in my mental state and a lifting overall in my mood. I’ve actually been taking the recommended 2 in the morning and either 1-2 in the evening as well.
