Sucks that it does not take updates. I have written to the company and asked why. These android boxes are mostly a joke, why can't someone build a good one? The remote is terrible, I bought a keyboard remote and use it. That is what I recommend doing if you purchase this. It would not let me download my VPN. It kept saying that it was, but it would never actually be downloaded. This is the best box I have found, and I have tried many. Seems to stream well, is pretty responsive and the interface is better than most. Will keep looking, but this will have to do for now.

Almost works to good! I love that it works very fast and beautiful graphics but the only problem is the remote is so sensitive that my surround sound remote also turns it on and off if I change the volume and if I adjust the bass it pops up a Google page. So I just make sure my sound is where I want before I start the box up. Lol

I have used several of these Android Kodi boxes in the past decade, and this was meant to replace and upgrade a failed one. I use it only to play content from an HDTV PC in the next room. The first problem I noticed was in rendering of video, particularly the .ts files captured by the Kodi PVR. There was an endless 2-3 second cycle of video speeding up and slowing down. I could only fix it by disabling hardware acceleration. Alas that was too much for the processing power of the unit resulting in jerky video that was even worse. Most of the .mkv and .mp4 files I originally thought were ok. But then I discovered that some .mkv's brought up only a green screen with just a hint of video content while audio was OK. It turns out this was only a problem with HEVC 10bit .mkv's, which I have since discovered are more common these days. I couldn't fix that one either. I hear the Fire cube might be a better option...hope so..

I like the box, how fast it is and that it runs Android 11 but I like to shut my box down when not it use. I cannot change a setting so the box will shut down and then turn back on with the remote. It will go into dormant mode fine and back to active. It will restart, when I set it. But if change Android power button option to power down, it will not start back up when I press the button. I will be returning this box.

Great tv box for the price point.Easy to use and set up.Going to order more once they become available.Bought whatever they had!

This is the best android box I could find. But it doesn't allow any type of updates abd cant play certain file types like HEVC and it also went green when I tried to use their YouTube app. When I signed into my playstore account I had a notification saying a Google pixel just accessed my Google play store account. These boxes are the best I could find so I'll keep them, but im disappointed that its a recycled cellphone that can't be updated.

This box is NOT worth the time or money. It keeps freezing for no reason. Terrible processor.

avoid this box i did test some streaming and some netflix on some 4k movies you get green screen with sound than everything freeze and you can not even go to home page you only have to unplug the device ,not reliable for stream and iptv i taste multiple app some channels get green screen and buffers tried the same ch same app different box there wasnt any issue .for that green freezing stream there is no fix and you can not even update this box .simply avoid it Android 11.0 TV Box 4GB RAM 64GB ROM HK1 Box avoid hk1 box
