Package arrived quickly and exactly as described in the description. However on the main photo of the advert it showed two small cubes whereas only one was delivered as per the description. Inside the package was a leaflet asking to get in touch if there were any issues. I contacted them explaining my misunderstanding and asking if the was anyway to get another small cube. Customer services contacted me within 24hrs and as an apology for the main photo in the advert would post out another full set of cubes. I have already used the cubes on a trip to Disneyland and found them to be well made and very useful. I can't recommend this product or this company enough. Other retailers really should take a lead out of their book. Fantastic experience all around.

Really good customer service and guidance throughout. Comes with an explanation card, so very handy for those new to using packing cubes. I did research the cubes first and found other companies with the same dimensions as these cubes but they were more expensive. I did wonder if the quality of material used was different but also found them to be the same. So save yourself some money and get these, they are exactly as described and worth buying. There is only one minor downside and that is the laundry/shoebag is on the small size but that doesn't bother me as I'm only a size 4 anyway

I have had a couple of sets of packing cubes before but these are the best ones by far. The quality of these ones is good - especially the handle on the cube itself. You get 8 pieces in total and I love the luggage strap as when I was away for a couple of days I saw mine stand out on my case on the conveyor . The inside is secure and not flimsy and I can see through what I have packed (my last ones I had to undo the cube to see what I had packed). I am going to get another set but may choose another colour so I have a bit of variety

Not only are these excellent quality packing cubes the customer service from this company is also top notch. Having shopped around and compared different sets, we opted for these from Martian because it's such a great set for the price. The extra large cubes have been ideal for packing away my summer wardrobe items along with the large size. The medium cubes I've used to tidy up some drawers and sort out. I've found them so useful I've already ordered another set to keep for packing to travel with. The cubes are made from a nice quality rip stop fabric, the seams and stitching are well done and don't yield under pressure (of packing too much in). The cubes have a two way zip with good solid zip pulls making it was asked to zip and unzip them. They feel well made and I expect they will last well.Unfortunately the set I ordered had a faulty zip on one of the cubes, this was quickly resolved with an email to the company. They responded the same day and immediately dispatched a replacement via Prime delivery, without asking for proof or return of the faulty item. We were really impressed with the speed and ease with which this happened. Would definitely buy from this company again, and certainly won't be looking anywhere else for packing cubes.

These cubes are great value for money and provide a lot of options when packing. They feel well made and I expect them to last many years. The seams and zippers all look and feel strong.I chose this set because I wanted an assortment of sizes, to use in backpacks and suitcases. I think it's better to have lots of different sizes, both small and large, so you can play around and find the perfect fit to maximise your loading capacity.The tote bags are very useful for carrying toiletries, laundry or cables, chargers, etc. I can easily fit 2 x UK11 trainers in with no problem.All the cubes are 9cm deep. I find this to be about right, as it lets you pack a decent amount in each cube but also gives you the option to pack them 'flat' or 'tall', depending on the dimensions of your travel case.I had cause to contact the company about my order. Their response was very quick and their service fantastic.In summary, these cubes are excellent and I highly recommend them.

Currently using these packing cubes for traveling for the next 8 weeks. Have managed to pack the clothes for myself, partner and 3 kids in the cubes.So far have found them very light weight and strong. Made from a good material and like that I can see through the mesh top to see who’s clothes in which cube.I can pack all 8 cubes into one large backpack and would imagine they’d pack into a suitcase very easily.The sizes are perfect, however, the only thing I would suggest Is To be able to buy individual size cubes. The 8 selection is a good range but for my family’s clothes I could do with 2 more large cubes.

I am very pleased to give my recommendation to this product. Robust cubes and bags which will be just perfect for my forthcoming safari holiday where I have to be organised with everything being very light.There was an initial small glitch in that I received only six pieces instead of eight but this was easily and swiftly rectified with the receipt of a second set evidencing excellent customer service to boot. First of all, colour is vibrant and so good. Zips quality is so good. These bags might be good for travelling but not for daily in bag use. They are not easily foldable and the used material is too thick. So, not light. I returned the items and received refund quickly. If you are buying for travelling, this product might work for you. But as the material were not flexible enough, I did not find useful for my use purpose.
