Came within a week all screws were there easy instructions. Took maybe 30 minutes to completely put together. Very sturdy and looks amazing in my front yard. Great price as well you pay more for cheap metal ones that don't last. Highly recommend

The swing arrived much quicker than I expected. At least 5 days before it was scheduled. The swing is a bit on the shorter side, but it's for my partner whom is also on the shorter side. :)I would love to give this product a higher rating, & in fact the swing itself is perfect. All parts were included, shipping didn't damage anything and was super fast. However, the instructions looked as though a drunk person drew them with a well ink pen and a heavy hand. Nothing looked like the pictures, or the parts, and the actual do this, do that part of the instructions where extremely confusing. I enlisted the help of a coworker and it took us about 2 hours to assemble. After putting the arms on backwards bc that's how the instructions listed them. I did follow another reviewers advice and flipped the seat around so the picket part wouldn't cut into your legs, which also makes it look better cosmetically as well.. We have it sitting on our covered porch, so at some point we will have to saw the legs to make it flush with the porch, it's currently sitting at an angle do to the flat surrace of the "arms/legs. Not sure why you would do that ,but it works, and she loves it. Great mothers day gift!

NOT AS PICTURED!!! DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered this swing in 2017, and posted a good review. After moving and leaving it behind, I ordered it again for my new home. The swing I received looks similar, but it is NOT the same design; I am ok with design improvements, but once assembled I found it to be very uncomfortable; this swing has a different center of gravity, basically reclining much more than the original rather than sitting up; you are forced you to stress your neck and shoulders to hold your head up due to the reclining position and the seat back is not high enough to allow you to lean back and use it as a head rest. I want to be able to read while in the swing and this is not possible. (attached images show the difference between the product shown on Amazon and the delivered product.)I contacted the seller who said "this is the swing we have now" and offered to allow a return if I disassembled, packed, and took it to a shipper. This is a large heavy set of two boxes, not to mention the time investment required due to the seller's mistaken images. I have requested a revised response from the seller, and will post that here. Meanwhile, be aware that the image posted in not accurate; it is an old model they apparently do not carry any longer.ORIGINAL REVIEW from 2017 (when product was $100 less):For the price, this is a good swing. The final product looks like the advertised photo. Assembly was not simple, but for a large piece I would say the assembly process moved quickly with two people, although some of the instructions could be better written. An electric screwdriver is highly recommended. As others have said, the seat is not deep; I am 4'11 and I would like it a bit deeper, but still, I am enjoying it. It is strong and will support a large man as well. I am disappointing in the hardware for the attachment of the two posts that hold the swing seat to the top rail. The bottom link should be longer so it lays flat again the post; since it does not, the length of two links are needed and that does not lay flat and causes an awful creaking when swinging. I'm trying to find something I can purchase to replace or adapt this but I have not figured it out yet.

I love this swing. It's sturdy, beautiful, and seats my husband and I very comfortably on our patio. Just be mindful that it is only made for 2 people- you likely won't be able to seat more than 2.

This is the best looking swing, and really is the perfect size for 2 people. Looks great, easy to put together and has held up beautifully in the hot sun, the rain and still looks great. Used for about 6 months now and still love it.

Product is easy to assemble and sturdy and a nice design but the material is not the best. several of the pieces of wood are badly damaged from worm or beetle attack leaving long deep tracks in the wood that have to be filled or the beams have to be replaced.

Two pieces not drilled correctly. Small seat in proportion to back. Overall disappointed. Would be great for smaller children to use

This looks great at our recreational property. We did have one arm support have a large knot right at a crucial point and it did break when we were putting the swing together. But they sent me a new part and all is good. Not hard to put together. I did most of it by myself and I'm 53 years old. :)Karen
