Product itself is good but the package was damaged

Liked the sturdiness of the glass, the color, and the easiness of cleaning. But the cap doesn't look of a high quality. The wood splitted after using it for 2 days. The cleaning stick that is added is not long enough to reach the bottom comfortably. Just glad it's not plastic.

SO BAD!First of all I ordered grey a d they sent me black instead.Second issue is the cap doesn't close, it leaks water, and worst of all if you hold it from the cap it will snap.

Wood cap came broken which doesn’t allow to close the bottle completely so it’s loose.

Lovely bottle but broke within a week, glass very week. Bought 3, 2 broke already

I love the design. I saw it on a co-worker's desk & had to have it! Ordered it & had it a few days before the bottom cracked. I reached out via e-mail & was blown away by the ease of the process. The person who assisted Me was friendly, warm, and professional. 10/10 - definitely recommend!

My husband and I bought these bottles for ourselves as part of our promise to each other to stay healthy for each other. I love the bottle's clean, simple and elegant aesthetics and also the time reminders - they're gentle reminders to hydrate during my busy day as a teacher. I also like that it is made of glass, which makes it more eco-friendly than the plastic counterparts out there. But I also have to remember that since it is made of glass, it is also more fragile and I can't just throw it in my bag. My husband says: "This bottle is the best. The time stamps keep me accountable to staying hydrated in a daily basis. On top of that I love how the bottle is dishwasher safe because I hate hand washing."

I've been looking for a glass equivalent for a water tracker bottle for a while, and this product nails it.Pros:- it's glass so it beats any plastic tracking bottle hands down- borosilicate glass instead of the cheap looking soda-lime (green) glass- excellent design and sleek style- the silicone sleeve is easy to grasp and non-slip- bottle cleaner included (although a stylish bamboo handle bottle cleaner would have been worth a few extra bucks).- bamboo lid instead of a metal lid is a nice touchCons- the silicone casing has an off-putting odor (maybe a few washings might fix this)- I'm pretty sure the cord on the bamboo lid is going to break so I wouldn't recommend carrying it that way- the text on the glass looks cheaply done so I wouldn't recommend leaving this water or dishwashing for extended periodsOverall, this is a great product. I will probably buy another as a back up or keep one in my office when we return back to work in 2022. If your trying to improve your health and drink more water, I would strongly recommend this product. As humans, we are motivated by goals and visualizing the drinking progression encourages more water intake. 1.5L of water used to be a daunting daily task and drinking too much water at once isn't proper hydration. This stylish glass tracker bottle will help keep you hydrated the right way and will keep you motivated until drinking 2L of water becomes a natural habit. Kudos to the designers.

This bottle is very beautiful. Really good choice if you don’t want to go plastic or aluminum. The silicone sleeve helps to protect the bottle and also gives a great pop of colour. My bottle did end up breaking, which being glass we know is a big possibility. I wrote the seller and they we super helpful and honoured their warranty offer with no issues. I’ve brought glass bottles before and when it they broke it that was that. Very pleased and would definitely recommend this bottle to anyone wanting to go for glass.
