Tommie CopperUnisex Core Compression Knee Sleeve

Good quality knee compression sleeves with one area to improve
I was looking for something that provides some compression and wind/sun blocking effect for my daily cycling and these fit the bill just right. What's good:1) The quality of construction feels solid2) The compression level is just right without causing major discomfort like some of the heavy-fabric knee braces tend to do to the tender areas behind the knees.3) The sleeve is shaped following the body geometry of the leg. What's bad:1) The seam runs behind the knee and occasionally causes some degree of discomfort due to the seam being a risen line. Would be great if the seam were along the outside of the knee sleeves which wouldn't look out of place either.2) The logo started pealing off after I wore the sleeve three times (not a deal breaker but some might find it unacceptable)

No compression where I want it, too tight elsewhere
I tried 2 of these, first I tried size M where my measurement placed me, but the size M was so tight around the thigh it couldn't be worn without cutting off circulation. I returned it, and tried the size L, but that is also quite tight around the thigh, and also tight in the band around the leg below the knee. I could probably live with that, but the fabric between the two bands is just loose and provides no compression whatsoever around the knee. It's actually a bit baggy through the knee. Since that is where I want the compression, this thing is useless.

I'd pay extra for no logo... And still advertise this product
I'm happy these really do help with my knee pains. The compression feels good and it's not overwhelming. The material is thin, so I can wear these underneath my jeans or long pants. They haven't slipped due the grip sewn inside. The only complaint I have or unpleasant comment is the gold TOMMYCOPPER logo, which shows vertically on the right side, and their design logo, with all the circles, is shown just above the knee. I wish they were sold as solid colors only sowhen I wear the pair of knee sleeves going out and about, underneath my sundresses, it would look like I had capri leggings or tights on instead of advertising I'm wearing Tommy Copper knee sleeves... Do ya know what I mean?!?!? If you look at the main photo with the woman bending her knee, pictured from the waist down and wearing a black knee sleeve, it looks as if it is just a solid black knee sleeve. Which I thought was what I was getting! You cannot wear the sleeve inside out, there's an elastic grip on the upper inside to prevent from slippage, and you cannot wear it as you wish, there is only one way to wear it, as it is sewn into the shape of your knee. This is why you should correctly measure using their guide for a proper fit.Picture shown is my left leg, both knee sleeves are identical.

Don't get yourself hurt!
Note the price is for '1' sleeve. Worse than the price is the quality, material is as thin as toilet paper. If I did not want my money back I would flush it.My knees (plural) need real support not wishful thinking. This thing could get you hurt if you believe the description and use it in the gym for support.Initiated the return as soon as I opened the package. The package would most likely give more support than this thing.

Be careful of sizing if you are a long time customer.
I have bought the medium size for over half a decade. Bought a new one every year when they would stretch out too much from wear, which is perfectly fine. The price has been increasing each time, which is also fine. But now they are bigger then they were before. The medium size that has always fit just a little too tightly is now so loose it just falls right off. They are useless to me. I bought two of them at the full price. What a waste.

Top band caused blisters!!!
Not cool Jonny Copper. My husband who has bursitis wore in humid weather for 1 day and now has blisters on the upper part of the sleeve. Measured 18.5 and got a large using the advice of the sizing cart. He will not wear this again!

Only wore it once
I didn't care for this sleeve. Whatever it has along the top and the bottom of the sleeve to keep it in place on the leg is annoying and left an uncomfortable mark. I tried it once for a few hours and had absolutely no relief from pain, etc. So, that along with the compression marks on my leg at the top and bottom of the sleeve - not worth it. If it wasn't for COVID I would have ventured out to return it.

Not comfortable. I bought it so it wouldn't be so ...
I have knee pain due to loss of cartilage (bone on bone) and arthritis. This does not offer much, if any, compression. About what a pair of panty hose would provide. It then cuts into my thigh. Not comfortable. I bought it so it wouldn't be so visible under certain pants, but I'm in pain when I wear it, so it's going into the trash.

Worked as expected
I had recent had a minor knee injury while i was told to avoid compression braces a friend suggested I try it.It provides the right amount of support for daily errands and just being out and about, i am giving it 3 stars because the quality could be a little bit better, it does stretch surprisingly and the fit is decent, but it seems like the more you wear it it will give eventually stretch out, for temporary relief i do recommend this product.

Everyday Wear
Hubby loves his Tommie Copper and wears it everyday. Which would lead me to believe it works and does it is advertised for.
