Good book to start with a new eating habit
Wanted to start eating clean, this book is a good started, it had lots of good recipes that were easy to make and the reading wasn’t overwhelming….very informative.

Interesting Recipes-No Pictures
What is a cookbook without pictures?!? I wish I would have noticed there were very few pictures of the prepared recipes. The recipes appear interesting and healthy. There is decent information and meal plans. However, I am someone who wants to see the completed food. If that describes you, you may want to skip this book.

Wonderful introductory guide to clean eating and good health!
Isadora Baum has written a great book that I look forward to giving to all of my friends to ease them into the world of clean eating and good health. The recipes are tasty, inventive and very easy to prepare. The wide variety of recipes are so flavorful that one will never go back to buying processed foods again. I especially like the Egg White Veggie cups that are a great way to start the day. I love that you can make a batch and freeze them, creating many healthy meals with little effort! I look forward to reading more of Ms. Baum's work in the future.

Delicious for beginners
Everything in this book is delicious and super easy to make. The ingredients could be in your cupboard if not in any food store. I would recommend the hard copy. As I bought the ebook version. I'm definitely ordering the book. It's a great reference to keep in your collection.
