Description says: fit up to a 1 In. thick door panel. but lentgh in picture is 1-3/8. So which one is it?

It is 1-3/8 long but come with 3 different latches one is bent to fit 1" and is 1-1/4 long. the other two are straight and fit 1-3/8". The two 1-3/8" are different lengths. One is 1-1/4" long and the other is 2" long.

1 1/8 says fits up to 1 inch panel. 1 3/8 fits up to 1 inch panel according to manufacture info. Shouldn't it fit a wider door since it's longer?

I would think there needs to be enough threads on the other side of the panel in order to attach the nut. I struggled with making sure the latch hit where it needed to hit. Good luck!

My door thickness is 1 1/4 and I am assuming using the other tip with 1/4 offset makes this lock to fit the door. Is it correct?

If the shaft is 1-3/8" long you should have no problem. You can bend the latch part relatively easy to accommodate your needs

if i order 20 are they keyed alike

I don't know if you can get them keyed alike. The ones I bought are all keyed different
