Cat Footwear mens Munising 6" Wp

These boots feel super comfortable and I use them in construction all day everyday. I bought them since I have great experience with Cat footware. All that said I still do have two things to mention for all of you considering the purchase. They do run large! I suggest buying half size smaller if not a whole size especialy if you got narrower feet. They will stretch right away so mine are too big now and considering not wearing them anymore. When work boot is too large that means discomfort and for construction that is a big no-no. Another thing worth mentioning is a "klonk" sound they make when walking. Not a big deal but I do house visits and when doing a walkthrough with a customer it sounds awkward for sure. Sound is like you are wearing some heavy rubber boots. And these boots are not rubber. Hope this helps.Update (Dec/23/2017); The “klonk” sound disapeared. I am assuming due to the fact that shoos are made almost like running/hiking shoes and it takes some time for them to get molded towards your foot. More importantly, and reason why I have decided to write edit and move my rating to five stars is that shoos do not smell. I repeat, these Caterpilar boots do not smell from your sweat, and I do sweat. I also change socks every single day but still. Shooes have ZERO odor. Looked good, felt sturdy, comfortable sole, padded up, high laces, felt supportive. Likely would've kept if had fit better

I like this boots, they are light and comfortable I only wear them for a month now. I went to purchase one more pair and price went up close to 50$ in 4 month. For that reason I gave it 3 stars.

In the details it stated they have a nano composite toe. They do not. I will do another review after I receive my refund and order the ones I found that say composite toe in the headline. This is in no way a reflection on Cat footwear. I have three other pair two of which are three years old.(Mike Rowe additions). Daily wear in a warehouse on my feet walking all day. Best pairs of boots I have ever owned...Amazon needs to do a better editing job... Update: Due to a price difference I ordered the brown version with composite toe. I will review those on their item page...

Gave these to hubby for Christmas and he loved them! Said they were warm without irritating his toes that were very sore from his old shoes and that the cushioned foot bedWas very comfortable. He said they ran true to size and was able to wear all day without issue. We did not have much snow and slush this winter but he thought they were quiteWaterproof and would easily keep his feet dry and warm. They were most decidedly a big hit which made me happy too. Would buy again if needed.
