Jack's Magic JMCOPPER10 No.2 Copper and Scale Stuff Stain Solution, 10-Pound

I was devastated when my pool liner became stained with purple swirls of color. Thought the liner was toast.After doing a lot of online research I found Don at Jack’s Magic pool chemicals. He was the stain whisperer and gave me step by step instructions for removing copper from a pool liner. This included Jack’s copper remover. It took 3 weeks and a lot of patience I didn’t have but it finally worked. All that remains is a faint reminder that I intend to deal with in warmer times. I appreciate his guidance, willingness to answer questions and the wonderful line of stain treatment chemicals that Jack’s Magic produces.

When I opened my pool last year the entire liner was "copper stained" I tried a couple of things with mild success and finally scrapped my plans for the season. This year I followed the directions to the letter including the adding of the muratic acid and Jack's Blue stuff and 12 hours later all the stains were 100% gone!! Very impressed.

Product fine, I did not read description carefully. Appears you can't use in salt water pool. Can't return because it is explosive, but no issue in mailing it to you with no warning on box.

Removed about 95% of the stains we had in the pool. The product works well and follow the instructions carefully. THANKS

Works at removing new copper stains but if your stains are older this won't do much but slightly lighten them. Also Jacks Magic customer service is great until you ask them a question they do not know the answer to, at which point they will just hang up on you.

Does not work not happy with this at all

I had years of staining disappear over a 10-day period. I only wish that I had taken before and after pictures. I'm very satisfied with this product, but will be more diligent in using their sequesterant so that I don't get the stains in the first place.

Unbelievable results!! I tried several different products over a two year period trying to remove the stain in my salt water fiberglass pool and nothing touched it. The pool was completely stained; sides, steps, and entire bottom. I followed the directions on the container and in 24 hours the stain was 100% gone. I was hesitant due to the price compared to other products but this definitely exemplifies you get what you pay for.
