Q: Does this slip when wet?

This rug does not slip at all when wet. It has a rubber-like bottom, that keeps it in place.

Q: Is this worth the buy?

To be honest I bought these because I have a cat that has diabetes and won't use the litter box anymore. So I got these for him to use. I put them on top of doggy pads. So far they are very absorbent and are holding the water. But I'm sure with multiple washings that might change. But I love them.

I wash mine weekly in my washer and hang to dry. It is still holding up really well.

Q: Can this be washed and dried by machine?

Sure it is easy for care. I wash and dry mine every week.For best results, wash on cold with mild detergent and lightly tumble dry on low heat.
