Can you fold the strip? I am looking to place it in corners.

yes you can kind of fold the strips. it’s not a perfect fold but it worked perfectly in my room and my room has a lot of corners.

These are quite long, i only need 3m max. if i cut this can i then buy another plug so i can use the cut end somewhere else?

You would be better with a 5m roll.
