I received the item and the package was open...When I try to return I receive the below reply:You don't have any returnable items from this order.So I receive a defected item and it is NOT returnable???!!!!!

Have been regularly using it since many years...did try to use toothbrush of other brands in this price range but didn't meet expected quality in bristles...dont compromise on your budget for toothbrush and go for this best one available...suggest to change toothbrush every 2 months

This is by far the most comfortable toothbrush I've ever used. Though it is mentioned that it is soft, it's not too soft compared to other colgate brushes. But th ethe flexibility and the feel inside your mouth is just awesome. There's no tongue cleaner. Make sure to buy a separate tongue cleaner. This is the best non battery powered oral b Toothbrush. Give it a try

This toothbrush isn't exactly as soft as advertised. Its like a medium to be precise.The bristles are nicely designed to reach the difficult of places & provide a squeaky clean feel after your gargles.Would highly recommend this toothbrush to anyone who wishes to spend a little bit more than your average brush for the added feel good factor it provides.

It feels so good while brushing with this and you can easily feel the difference between normal ordinary tooth brushes from the first use itself.
