I bought this bed in November, but I didn't put it together until December because I had to buy a driller first as it was missing a few holes. After neither a month the central part fell apart. I'm an average person, not super heavy. I contacted the customer service and all they did was emailing me back saying that the 30 days to return were expired. I'm very disappointed, it was cheap but I thought it would last a little longer!

The frame is alright. I guess it looks like the picture and describe except...when we were trying to assemble the frames, one side was off by one inch from the hole where the frame and board should connect together so it can be screwed in (one side was off). Being one side is off means we can't install the other side. As much as I want to return this product. One, it's too heavy and it was hard to put it all back into the box and have to hall it back to UPS to return it or USPS. Either it was too heavy and a hassle to return. Buyer beware.We just kept it/deal with it. Use the headboard (no footings attach) and just laid out the box springs down on the floor with out king mattress on top and have the running boards all around and head board. I was kind off rambling, sorry. Hope whoever reads this understand what I am saying. I will not buy from them again. Ours was probably a defect (with pre-punch holes were off) so can't assemble.thanks

Where do I start when it comes to this product after my daughter chose her made we patiently waited with excitement only to be disappointed, this product isn’t even worth the price. Your better off building one yourself. The screws doesn’t even turn to tighten thats how poorly this bed was put together on the companies part. Also trying to resolve the issues is even more complicated I’m offered a $25.00 partial which is quite a joke, or a refund if I send this item back in my own box (go figure). The bed feels as if it will just fall apart. Warning: NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! Even if you end up paying a little more, do it. It’s not worth the aggravation.

This bed gram is holding up nicely. The shipping was horrible though. Came in 2 different parcels. I ordered a full. I received the headboard first and upon opening it the nailheads are cheaply pressed on and the 'Leather' is not very tight around the corners there was also a rip. I did not contact the seller as I needed to put my bed together. I hid it with pillows. I finally received the rails two days later. The box was severely ripped with capping holes in the box. I was shocked that all the pieces was still inside! I set up the frame. Which was relatively easy. I can tell I will be replacing this frame within a couple years if it holds up that long. Good for a short term fix though.

This came with a lot of damage. It was used not new and missing the hardware toPut it together. We had it sent to Arizona where our daughter is attending college. We were flying home that evening so we had to purchase the hardware and put it together even though it was in bad condition or our daughter wouldn’t have had a bed to sleep in. Very disappointed. Amazon was willing to give us a small refund but it was not nearly enough tide what we ended up with.

I doubt it's "bonded leather" but likely pleather. Either way, you're getting some cheap chinese made furniture; temporary in my case. It will work, I don't remember the cost, but I regret not getting just solid wood, or even just getting the real deal. Again it works for what I got it for.

I loved this bedframe! It was so sturdy and SILENT. It was made of wood which was nice. It looked really good too. I have a king sized bed now, but I actually looked for this frame to but a king! (I couldn't find it so I still have the cheap metal frame that came with the bed.)The only thing I didn't like was that the long sides came in 2 parts, so mine kind of buckled outward a little. It came with some metal that was supposed to hold it in so they clearly know about the issue.

The bed looks nice. The color is definitely ivory. But the shipping method did not protect the bed very well, and when I opened the box to assemble it I saw a huge scratch on the headboard right in the middle. The box has the same mark. I’ve tried to call the number on the box but it says that the mailbox is full. Looks like I’m not the only one who has had this problem. ☹️ Don’t bother with this unless you’re ready to roll the dice on shipping safety. If it came unharmed I’d give it four stars.
